Okay guys...I know this could be crazy...But the way I see things is that Clementine is an insane kid...She could be imagining all of this shit,Lee might have been her teacher,Carlos could have been the Doctor,Kenny could have been her best friend,Jane could have been another inmate(because she is crazy as fuck) and the list continues.She already experienced 2 realities,the one with Lee alive,and this madness,because let's think this,don't you think that all episode 5 was just to sick,crazy,and most of it didn't really made sense?
Also,I hope that season 2 and a part of season 1 was only a dream,and Lee is still alive,because like it or not,Lee have always made the right choices for Clementine(he never got Clem hurt),even when he killed his wife,because after that he met Clem.All this story is kinda sick if you look it at it right now,after 2 seasons.

Then how they can continue with season 3(which has been confirmed),there are too many endings,just too many for them to recreate a story,they could leave the Clementine thing alone,they could do the dream thing....And maybe,,,Do you guys remember Glenn?I wouldn't be surprised if telltale decides to show us his story.

There is a walking dead comic book, which the game is cannon with. If Clem was dreaming, everyone in the comic book wouldn't exist. Also, Glenn is Glenn from the comics, who's fate has been confirmed SPOILER he died.
