How could you let your son watch this, you are an awful skrub parent, I hope you step on a lego.
I bought him the game for his birthday! It said it was a game for 10 year olds and younger so I said why not. I am the best mother ever, how dare you talk to me like that you wild boy!
Why would you let your son look/play this game. There are warnings about what is in the game and the game is based around a zombie apocalypse... You are a bad parent if you blame other people for your mistakes on harming your child.

It most certainly doesn't say that. If your copy does, you've got a legitimate beef with the place you bought it from or their distributor, not Telltale, because these games are blatantly labeled M which means 17+. You can't even go onto the website without entering a birth date.
Also: you didn't think that something titled "The Walking Dead" would have gore in it? I'm tempted to call shenanigans(which isn't any type of real threat, in case anyone isn't clear on that).
