Jane taught Clementine how to survive less than two weeks ago and she's still alive.
Jane has only taught her new ways to kill the dead and how she can scavenge and use tools to her advantage, Lee is the best mentor, for Clementine probably wouldn't even be alive if it wasn't for him.
Lee is the only reason why Clem is alive now, and he sacrificed himself to save her. Meanwhile, Jane left her sister behind and let her die in cold blood. I don't really think a survival person like Jane would be any good to Clem...
You see, Lee didn't want to expose Clem to the horrifics the apocalypse world had to offer. The people still had hope in that time, that the authorities would fix shit. Jane and the others in contrary were aware of the fact stuff wasn't gonna change and started adapting. Clem started adapting herself too.

Edit: I get your point, bu… moret what I wanted to say is that Jane is a survival type of a person, you'll notice that quickly because of her short hair, how she acts and how she talks to people. In other words, She will always prioritize herself on the others, even if it's her own sister we are talking about. However, as you said we don't really know what exactly happened between them, and how the situation was there.
On the other hand, I highly doubt that Lee would do the same, even if it's a life/death situation, Clementine is not his sister, his daughter or his cousin, she was a complete stranger to him when they first met, he could easily just leave her there and move on. However, he ends up taking care of her and dying trying to save her no matter what. The thing is, if you really care about someone you'll never EVER give up on him.

Well the time that Lee was with Clementine the apocalypse just begon, when she met Jane that was more then 2 years later so Jane lived longer in the apocalypse to understand how everything works
Sure Jane taught Clementine survival skills but she was in no way better than Lee as a mentor (in my opinion) Lee cared for Clementine and p… morerotected her throughout season 1, he helped her when she was in danger however Jane doesnt try to help (she ran away in the car scene when Clementine couldn't get out) I don't exactly hate Jane but she isn't my favourite, she can be quite selfish but with Lee he was selfless and a better role model for Clementine (in my opinion)

I also loved the way Jane called Kenny a "ticking time bomb" despite the fact that everyone else went off first, Mike abandoned the group to escape with a man who almost got them all killed and Jane who hide a baby for a pointless reason. I mean if Jane had not of done stupid things like that to anger Kenny then things would have been alot better.

Nah. She's a better dragon (in the Darth Vader sense). If you choose to go with her, it all comes down to Clem's decisions. Will that stay the case? Perhaps. Perhaps not. I instantly regretted letting the family in, as the guy's probably going to refuse to follow an 11 year old, thereby negating the main benefit of going with Jane. On reflection the best ending is probably staying in Wellington, as it's the only ending that allows Clementine to be a normal kid, so long as it lasts.
