Anyone else think Rick from the TV show should lose his **** already?
Something doesn't feel right when I see TV show Rick with his right hand still.
Comic Rick minus one hand equals bad ass.
Taking on the zombie apocalypse one handed makes a statement.

Not gonna happen. Kirkman always said he regretted cutting Ricks hand off.
They aren't cutting his hand off in the show. It'd be too much trouble to edit it out all the time.

Kirkman has said he didn't realize how difficult it would be to write around a one-armed man. He wrote himself into a corner and had to toss away many ideas that wouldn't work anymore.
There's also the fact that editing out Ricks hand in every single episode would be time consuming and costly. Not to mention annoying for the actor because he'd have to wear a green glove all the time.
It's better like this. Rick has been enough of a pussy in the show already without losing a hand.
It would be annoying to edit it all the time.

I think they should kill a main character in an epic fashion to make the show interesting again. Don't listen to any fan bases, just go with what works.

Probably have to have him wear it over his left eye, as one of the characters in the series, and that would be The Governor, was shown wearing it over his right.
This being TWD there is no doubt in my mind it was done for shock value with little thinking ahead
