Do you think Kenny and Jane will break the cycle of determinant characters?

No because then they will practically have to make two separate seasons at the same time with either Kenny or Jane (three if you count Clem being by herself).

I never liked Nick, so it didn't bother me.
Plus, it's their, not they're. Sorry if I'm nitpicking and a pain in the ass, but it confuses me as english is not my mother tongue.
And they'll probably given an Omid-ish treatment, maybe a Christa-ish.

They should make completely separate Season 3's, it'll show that your choices matter.

I hope at least they have a good death scene, unlike Nick.

I think Kenny's story may be done no matter what, and maybe jane (if you killed her, lol), but i think jane could have a little more development if you saved her.

Jane won't because she's disgusting reskinned Molly tsundere garbage that should be eaten by crows and small rodents.
Kenny is pretty much invincible. Telltale could kill him over and over again and we'd just say, "No he's fine, though".
It sucks that determinant status is a death sentence. Why make them savable if their gonna die anyway?
I don't think they're going to be in another TWD Game, i don't think Telltale will kill Kenny off like that, i just don't see it happening. I think the five endings were to given to us to let you decide what happens to clementine.

Because he argues with the group to try and shoot a little girl in the face when his friend just told him that it's a dog bite.
Because he almost shoots her in the face because he doesn't know gun safety rule number 1.
Because in spite of what everybody told him what was best he didn't stay behind when crossing the bridge, freaks out, and shoots a person that was trying to help the group.
All in all, because he was a douchebag.
An approach that hasn't been used yet is to make them leave the group after being saved and you just almost never see them from then on.
It'd be good if they used that every now and again. Think Urdnot Wrex in Mass Effect.

I have very little optimism for determinant characters after Amid the Ruins.
That said, they wouldn't necessarily have to kill Jane or Kenny, but if Clem's really the protagonist for season 3 I would predict that they get the Christa treatment at best.
If Clem's going to return, they are gone. Unknown or dead, they are gone.
FOREVER.

I have a feeling they will do something like that later on in the game, to bring Clementine and possibly Aj back into the story line, but i don't believe it will be a continuing episode from where we left off.

Ughhhhh, I liked Wrex. Stupid Ashley had to kill him while I tried to talk him down. Her breaking my trust right there is actually why I chose Kaidan over her. But I think these are the wrong forums for this discussion :P
I did play through on the walking dead season 2 episode 5, it would be cool if you guys could tell me what you guys thought of my play through. Also i will be doing the same thing for season 3.
You can talk him down and he can play a role in the later games, in case you didn't know.

Nick must've thought she was coming back as a zombie, she didn't want anyone hurting his friends. It's not like he wanted to shoot her, Nick: "You're the one tellin' me to fucking shoot her!"
I'll admit comparing Nick and Kenny was a bad example.

I'll be really happy once Kenny and Jane die off-screen and the fan-base flips out. They deserve it.
If they do die all this Kenny vs Jane crap will have been for nothing.
