If every S2 character was in Clem's position,
What would they have done? (Kenny vs Jane decision)
I'm talking non minor characters, so: Arvo, Rebecca, Alvin, Carver, Nick, Luke, Bonnie, Mike, Sarah, Sarita, Pete and Carlos (If I forgot someone, let me know)
My opinions:
Arvo, Bonnie, Mike would have shot Kenny.
Sarita, Rebecca, Carlos and Alvin would have let Jane die.
Pete, Sarah and Nick didn't really converse with either of them enough to guess where they would stand.
I have no clue what Luke would decide, he liked Jane but wouldn't have been happy knowing she killed AJ.
Carver would have let Jane die, and then execute Kenny.

You just pick them put then in the basket, simple.

Well there isn't an option to shoot Jane....
I think most would have shot Kenny to protect Jane. It's not as if anyone knew at that point that Jane was trying to prove a point. All that they would know was that an accident happened and the baby was killed in the middle of a snowstorm and a walker attack, which is a pretty understandable time for someone to lose a life. They wouldn't let Kenny straight up murder Jane for that. Plus, the Cabin Group wasn't all that fond of Kenny.
Arvo would have shot him before they even got to that point, of course.
Clementine and Sarita would be about the only ones who wouldn't. It's possible that Luke would want to help Jane but would end up being unable to turn the gun on anyone and hesitate long enough that Jane gets killed, due to his unconfrontational nature. He would possibly shoot Kenny after that? Depends on how he'd handle a loss like that. I don't think Sarah would shoot Kenny either, as she'd be far too afraid and hesitant to just haul off and kill someone like that.
As for Carver, I think he'd just let it play out and then shoot Kenny after the fact. No skin off his nose.
Edited: Oh yeah, Rebecca and Alvin might just let Kenny kill Jane. It's their baby, after all. Even if they think it's an accident, parents wouldn't think rationally in that situation.
Well, Carver cared about the baby, so he would have shot Jane.
Didn't think about that. Gonna edit main post.
To be honest, part of the reason I sided with Kenny in that fight was because I had the suspicion that Jane either A) killed the baby,
purposely lost the baby, C) didn't do all she could to ensure it's survival.
When Kenny sees the baby in the car he says to Clem: "Clem I thought she had killed the baby" and Clem can respond "me too". I was under that same suspicion when Jane came into the store empty handed. I didn't think the baby died in an intense struggle, I really thought Jane had done A, B, or C. Which goes to tell you what kind of person I thought Jane was, and why I was comfortable taking Kenny's side, even though I knew he was becoming a danger to himself.
Hence why I wasn't under the impression that Kenny's attacking Jane was COMPLETELY irrational and overtly aggressive.
Yeah, forgot about the Jane death thing, fixed the main post from shooting herr.
Luke would have run off. He does it all the way through the season.
Arvo: I don’t want to see more peopoor dead!
She could walk away, because she is intolerant to bullshit.
Give Kenny and Jane a juice box.
Let Kenneth kill Jane, and when he stands up he could crowbar him to death.
Run away, crying.
Break the fight out.
She would go take a piss.
He could have made himself some popcorn.
Go into fetal position and...
Nothing.
Shoot Jane.
And then shoot her again.
And then again, just for the lulz.
Pete: Look, I don´t know what you two are fighting about, but at some point you have to realize a simple truth.... Nobody cares!
And then he could walk away into the sunset.
Like a boss.
Carlos: I am pointing out that, regardless of intent, there are consequences to rash actions. Something you two fuckers seem to be misreading as capitulation.
Also keep in mind that none of the characters would know that the baby "dying" wasn't an accident until after the fact. Not knowing that changes everything and I highly doubt most of the characters would have let Kenny kill Jane over an accident.
If she’s survived this far into the season while heavily pregnant, she’ll flee the antagonist at her own pace, thank you very much.
The annotated dead
Most of the others could probably stop this from happening, but if it were to happen I agree with OP.
Nobody saw the good side of Kenny except for Clem and Sarita, so most of them would probably shoot him without thinking... (Well Sarah wouldn't hurt a fly so she'd just stand there or run the f. away)
This one made my day. Probably the best, along with Rebecca's.
Christa would probably let Kenny kill Jane. She knows the pain of losing a child, so I think she would understand.
