Why do people think Luke isn't dead. Unlike Kenny we saw Luke die and even if he some how got out, why would he not go to the house they were all going to?

i hope that they show the dlc trailer, walking dead season 3 protagonist, confirming how luke gets lucky real lucky, dlc of how kenny escaped (i think he escaped through the sewers), and i need to ask this... lets say someone dies and just turned into a walker but he didnt get bit by a walker so if the walker bit someone... will they get infected?
