Lee obviously, my second choice would be Kenny, but he was never really a caretaker, he just tried to protect Clem. In my opinion, Clem doesn't need a caretaker anymore, she is fully capable of surviving on her own and doesn't need someone to protect her.
Well obviously it's Lee, he died for her, after him probably Christa since she kept her alive for almost 2 years.
And Clementine is awful at taking care of herself, she's willing to do risky stuff for people she barely even knows and in most of the occasions when she was alone she almost died, being smart and capable doesn't really mean that she's a good survivor.
Also if the Pie Chart isn't Lee's blue Pac-Man eating everybody else you people are crazy.
Also Kenny was an awful caretaker for Clementine, just absolutely awful, he did care about her but he constantly pushed her into doing dangerous things and when bad things happened to him he had no problems with venting his frustrations on her, seriously don't vote Kenny, he's not a bad guy and he does care about Clementine but he was really bad at taking care of her, not to mention he's perfectly ok with brutally murdering people in front of her, I'm just saying that if she stayed with Kenny all the way through she probably would turn into a psychopath.
Lee or Luke. They both cared very much about her and would go out their way to save her. I think Christa would of too but since we don't see much of their relationship I can't judge.
Remove Jane and that group will have no problems
Christa showed that she can take care of Clem and when they just met her she showed her concerns about clems wellbeeing after those 3 walkers at the trainstation
1 . Christa and Lee they both showed that they can take good care of clem
3 . Kenny and Luke can both take care of her but they will let Clem get into trouble sometimes
