    Naylene Davies

“Do I look okay?” She told York.

    “Yeah you’re fine. We’re live in 3… 2… 1…”

Naylene is standing in front of the grocery store. There is police in the background and police tape blocking the area. People crowd around the tape trying to get some answers. “Just this morning two men, Max Anderson, government agent, and Officer Warren Davis were kidnapped by a group of what seemed to be three masked men. They were performing a robbery, and Max, and Officer Davis had tried to interfere. Little detail is known about who the men were, and where Max, and Warren are being taken.” She said quickly.

York follows her to where she is talking to one of the people there. “How do you feel about this?” She asked a woman.

“I’m scared… They could come back. And those men could be hurt!” She said.

“HEY NO CAMERAS!” A black man in a suit said walking towards them. York turns it off, and pulls it down. Naylene and York get in the car, just in case the man decides to come after them. York drives away.

    Jay Sanders

“Fuck! That was stupid!” Jay said pulling the mask off his head.

“Put that back on! If they see your face you’re done dumbass.” Someone said beside him.

“What are we going to do with those guys Kyle? We just took them! We got no money. They’re going to trace us or something. My mom will kill me!” Jay said pulling the mask back on. The guy in the back seat remained silent.

“Just calm the fuck down. We could… Uhh you know… Erase em?” Kyle said smoking some weed.

“Kill them? Really? Bro I think you’re just high. That’s too much. We could…. Shit I don’t know. We should tell the others.” Jay said.

“Idiot. Otto would rather sell us out, and then get his ass into jail. We have to go to the meeting, so let’s just shoot them in the head and be done with it man.”

“Do you have no humanity? These are people. God I’m an asshole but not that much of an asshole.” Jay stops the car and pulls over. “We have to deal with this now.” Jay says getting out of the car. The other two do so as well. Jay pulls open the trunk and tosses the two squirming bodies into the dirt. “Fuck… So… Just leave them here right?” Jay said.

Kyle has a gun in his hand.

  • Jay Sanders

    [Leave them]

“Kyle don’t. We’re leaving them.” Jay said. Kyle had this look in his eye that Jay didn’t like he still held the gun and pointed it at one of the guys on the ground. Jay was frozen in panic, even if he did run he wouldn’t make it. But the other guy behind him dashed towards Kyle, and grabbed the gun out of his hands. “Jaylen… We have to do it.” Kyle said looking him in the eye.

“After picking on Tammy in class? I don’t trust you Kyle. We’re leaving them.” Jaylen said putting the gun in his pocket.

They all get in the car, and drive to the second hideout. Kyle doesn’t seem to care, and whatever little bit of him did was lost once he got stoned. Jay parked the car beside Otto’s bike surrounded by some trees. The second hide out was a small camp out in the woods; sometimes they would stay there if things went bad. Otto must have gotten into some trouble on his trip.

Ariel, Otto, Gage and Faith were hanging around, probably waiting for them. Gage immediately ran to Kyle. “What happened? Are you okay? Don’t tell me you went with the plan without me!” Gage yelled at him.

“I’m okay. We’re okay. Let’s just get to this. What’s going on Otto?” Kyle said. The six present dusters gathered around the stump on which Otto was sitting on. He had a cigarette in his mouth that he tossed onto the ground and stepped on it putting the flame out. He looked up at them, Jay specifically.

“I heard reports of shootings, a drug cartel, and disappearances around the state. I needed to check it out for myself. We could be suspected as part of it, since I was… Seen mixed up in it. The police came and it was just… I made it out alive, but I was chased. They’re probably looking for me right now. I shouldn’t have picked on those kids they’ll probably notify the police. I think we may have to disband the gang.” Otto said.

Jay was shocked. Ariel, and Faith seemed to accept it. Kyle and Gage didn’t seem to care as much; Gage was too worried about Kyle, and Kyle was brushing him off. Jaylen seemed okay with it. “I guess this is goodbye for now.” Otto said saying his goodbyes.

The six watched him get on his bike and drive away, the figure getting smaller and smaller as he got farther and farther away.

    Rodrigo Velasco

The police and a black man who seemed to be part of some special organization for a few hours questioned him. It took a while because he stuttered a lot, and awkwardly laughed after he made a joke that the person he was talking to didn’t seem impressed. He went home, the people he talked to didn’t look very happy. He decided to just go play games, and make another youtube video, that would make him feel better. He started walking home. It was dark, and he didn’t have a car, but he decided he needed the exercise so he wouldn’t need to pay for a taxi.

His legs were so tired… It was all he could think about. “Max… Warren I’m so sorry…” He said.

It was his fault for calling them; he should have just waited for the police. I’m so stupid… I should have… All my fault…

He heard footsteps behind him and turned around. Nobody was there. The streetlight illuminated most of the street so Rodrigo thought he was just imagining things. Then he heard it again from above. Still nothing. He turned around and someone was in front of him. The last thing he saw was the gun.

  • Well that had a turn. Didn't see that coming good job.

So sudden. He could have been lazy and taken a taxi but no, needed the exercise.

I think he wanted to try to walk off his guilt. Like he was punishing himself for calling them by making himself walk even though he didn't want to.

  • Either way, poor him.

  • I told you, you can do what you want with them, I don't mind at all, it's their purpose, I mean I have other 3 characters in the story and I planned to make more anyway (Even if I've gotten lazy and haven't really worked on them), anyway, characters need to die, you can kill them all if you want, I mean I did say you can use them as red shirts if you want, so it's all good.

In any case it's a good twist.

Thanks! And sorry kaleion for killing him, but I wanted to.

    Gareth Kirstein

“Hey you! Get that for me!” Gareth said pointing to his pen on the ground. The kid sneered at him, and kicked it away. “You think you can cross me just like that kid? Pick it up. Now.” Gareth said giving him one last chance. The guy threw the pencil at him. Gareth jumped up from his seat in the cafeteria and raced after him. He burst away, out the door, smashing his shoulder against the door, Gareth close behind.

He was one of the minor niners, Gareth was pretty sure. He didn’t know the school as well. Gareth chased him outside, and he was about to go back inside and lose him in the crowd, but Gareth was close and there was nowhere to run. “Come at me faggot.” The boy said confidently. Gareth ran towards him and dodged a punch tripped him. Then he pulled him up by the neck and pushed him against the fence. “Don’t fuck with me. Alright?” He said pushing him against the fence.

    “What’s your name?”

    “Melvin.”

“Well Melvin. There are some things you should learn about me. Do what I tell you, and if you don’t you’ll be sorry. Get the picture?” He said pushing him against the fence, his neck beginning to bleed.

    “Yes…”

Gareth drops him and walks inside.

    Warren Davis

    (?) Warren and Max survived.

Him and Max sit on a bench by the street and stare at cars passing by. Max sighs deeply hands folded he was very disappointed. Warren didn’t bother say anything. Rubbing it in his face wouldn’t help anything. Maybe they made the right choice; it was just unfortunate that it didn’t pan out the way they wanted it to. They were going to check the place out, but after they heard the news about the death of Rodrigo, Max wanted to settle down for a bit.

Warren sighs in turn, that sucked. At least they didn’t die. They lay in the dirt for a couple hours until the police showed up, they were questioned, and the news people were all over the place, Warren could remember this red haired girl that he thought was cute. He had asked Max countless times if they were going to investigate where the drug deal was taking place, but he was silent.

Max got up, and Warren followed him. He must be ready. Max hopped in the driver’s seat, and Warren in the passenger seat. Max started the engine and they drove.

Nobody was there as expected. It was a small back alley, with dumpsters, and big buildings. There was pretty much nothing there. “You’re late.” A deep voice calls from behind them. It was a guy in a suit and a buzzcut and a goatee. “I know why you’re here and I need your help.” He said.

“What’s in it for us?” Max said.

“Money. So much that you won’t need to work anymore.” This seemed to interest Max.

“What if you’re lying?” Warren suggested. The dark chocolate skinned man took off his glasses, and put his hand in his pocket. He pulls out a badge and shows it to them. “I’m CIA, and I keep my word.” He said strongly.

Max seemed to trust him, but Warren was unsure. “I don’t trust him. But go on.” Warren said.

“I followed a drug dealer from the Mexican cartel who snuck across the border and is selling his wares here. I believe he has been making quite the fortune, and anyone who crosses him, or decides to stop buying from him has been shot. I don’t know the area or the people around here so they won’t trust me as much. If you can do this, then you’re set for life. This is important.” The guy told them.

    “I accept.” Max said.

“Good. The only lead I have is a guy named Gage Milligan.” He says passing a file to Max, who quickly scans it and gives it back. “Check him out. And I don’t want any deaths unless it’s completely necessary. You understand?”

“We do. We’ll get on it.” Warren said giving in, finally believing the guy was legitimate.

“Excellent. I want results as soon as possible. Failure to do so, and I’ll find someone else who can… Name’s Jared by the way. Good luck out there.” He said leaving the alley, getting in his car and driving away.

    (Sorry no choices)

What group did you need people for?

  • Name: Kari Lynette

    Age: 32

    Gender: Female

Personality: Calm, collected, observant, really smart, a bit cocky, kind and a bit obsessive when it comes to work, is a bit of a flirt, normally quiet and reserved but a bit polite, what one would call classy.

Backstory: She is a detective for the murder division of the police department.

She is daughter of a famous writer and an engineer, she was born in France but moved to the US when her father got a job with the US army, due to this she still has a hint of a French accent and tends to say stuff like "Oui" instead of "Yes", "Non" instead of "No", "Mon Dieu" instead of "My God" and "Merde" instead of "Shit", despite this she still is very correct in her way of talking and phrasing.

Due to being a wealthy foreigner she wasn't exactly received with open arms at the police department, her co-workers didn't take her seriously thinking she was only trying to live some sort of stupid fantasy, she was paired up with detective Juan Gael Santos who was the troublemaking detective, despite their difference in opinion of what a detective should do they turned out to be great partners and after 7 years of working together they've become the detectives with the highest success rate in the city and solved a number of high profile cases, though Gael is morally questionable and has been known to break protocols several times and is generally after so many years of working together she trusts him completely and rarely ever questions his actions.

Her and Gael are both musicians, she plays the Cello, guitar and bass guitar, she's also a talented singer, after finding out Detective Santos plays the piano and shares her love of Jazz they formed a band along with some of their other friends, they mostly play for recreational purposes but in their free time you can sometimes catch them playing at a bar or a jazz club.

She is excellent at investigation and has a good eye for finding clues, generally pretty good at deducing and always tries to work within protocols.

Appearance: Her skin is pale, she has bright grey eyes, long black wavy hair and normally has her lips painted red, most people would describe her as beautiful.

She normally wears black shoes, black dress trouser with thin white stripes (I hope you know what I'm talking about), a white silk shirt with a wine coloured vest that has a white gold chain coming out of it's pocket (from a pocket watch), she usually wears a bowler hat with a red stripe on it tipped slightly to the side, when outside she wears a black trench-coat.

    Group: Investigation.

Eh.. I finally felt like finishing some of these, they are a bit silly, over-the-top and a bit cliché but that's the kind of character I like.

Anyway I'm sorry for the whole "French" thing, but I really like French accents...

The other detective will be submitted soon, and probably a few more characters, I haven't decided if I'm going to make the other band members or not but if anyone else wants to you are more than welcome to do so, they don't have to be as elaborate as this one either.

  • Name: Juan Gael Santos

    Age: 39

Personality: Impatient, aggressive, cynical, stubborn, smug, dismissive, generally an asshole but good natured and with good intentions, extremely confrontational.

Backstory: Juan Gael Santos is a detective for the murder division of the police department, he grew up among gangs and violence and always wanted to change that, once a wide-eyed idealist detective that got let down by a broken and corrupt system, being the kind of man he was he couldn't give up and figuring that the system was already broken beyond repair he decided to "bend" it in order to fit his personal ideals, he does what he thinks is right regardless of what has to be done, he's not above killing the person he finds guilty and then altering the evidence in order to make it seem justifiable.

But things changed after he met detective Lynette, she was just like he was when he started but she wouldn't give up, she stood by the system and tried to do things the right way, he respects her a lot because of that but he knows how things really work, however he doesn't want her to be involved so every time he does something he tries to keep her in the dark, fortunately they've been through a lot together so detective Lynette usually listens to him.

He prefers to go by Gael and is a proficient Piano player, his detective skills involve the art of "questioning" suspects, he is quite strong and a good fighter, an excellent shot and knows a lot of tricks to enter a property to inspect it without anyone noticing, like any tough detective worth his salt he's normally smoking.

Appearance: He is a tall man, he is a bit muscular, has light brown skin, brown hair, brown eyes, usually has stubble and normally looks like he hasn't slept in days.

He normally wears black shoes, black trousers, a white shirt, red tie, a black long coat and a big steel analogue watch on his right hand.

    Group: Investigation.

It didn't take me that long to make this, it's just that people showed up and I got distracted by them and I kinda forgot, anyway here's the other detective I plan to do more but it's late and I'm a bit tired, maybe I'll do one more and be really lazy about it.

  • Gareth so badass

Gareth Kirstein “Hey you! Get that for me!” Gareth said pointing to his pen on the ground. The kid sneered at him, and kicked it away. “Y

  • Name: Erika Cruz

    Age: 15

    Gender: Female

Personality: She is very polite but very clumsy, since she never looks where she's going she has a bad habit of bumping into people, tripping a lot and even hitting walls or lamp posts, because of this she is extremely apologetic and will apologize for just about anything that happens assuming that it's her fault, she normally tries to stay serious but she's not really a serious person, she'll often try to hold in laughter or dissimulate it after she laughs, she's very easily distracted and not very observant, she's rather full of herself and has a tendency to overestimate her capabilities, due to having a bit of a superiority complex herself she hates it when people act like they are better or superior to her, despite being apologetic she won't apologize to people she thinks are jerks, she's rather naive.

Backstory: She was born in México and lived her earlier days there, she grew up in the middle of a drug war and unfortunately her parents got trapped in the crossfire of a shootout when she was 13, she had to move to her uncle's place in the US since he was the closest living relative she had left.

Being still fairly new to this culture she still feels strange and out of place, people often make jokes and references that simply pass over her head which wouldn't be so much of a problem if failing to understand jokes and references wasn't something she already did before the change in cultural landscape.

She loves detective stories, tv shows and movies, perhaps because of this or what happened to her parents she dreams with being a detective and is determined to become one despite the fact that her horrible observation abilities and generally being unable to read people's faces well seem to indicate that she would most likely be an awful detective, still her heroine is detective Kari Lynnette, a woman who like her is a foreigner that moved to the US and became a detective, trying to prove she'd be good material for a detective she often tries to help people and butts into other's people problems by claiming that the great detective Cruz will solve the problem, she usually just annoys the involved parties but at least she gets to meet people this way.

She likes to practice Parkour because she claims that being able to scale fences and be that agile is something that would be useful to any detective, this is perhaps because she thinks that detective work is like in the movies and it involves high adrenaline pursuits and shootouts rather instead of investigating.

She doesn't really like to talk about her life before moving and normally gets upset if people ask her about her parents.

Appearance: Light brown skin, dark brown eyes, slim, long black hair, has a scar on the tip of her left eyebrow.

She normally wears red converse sneakers with a black star on them, black trousers, a red T-shirt with a black cross on it, a black coat, a black fedora with a red stripe on it (Wannabee detective ;D), a silver crucifix necklace, black fingerless leather gloves and single cross shaped earring on her left ear.

    Group: School

And there a re-purposed character from another one of these games, couldn't get lazier, except I changed a lot, anyway part of her wardrobe was given to Ariel along with the black star theme, but crosses make more sense for her since her name does mean cross, the black star thing is just a reference to my own personal wardrobe since I normally wear a black star somewhere, that's why I like to include it, same with long coats and trench coats.

Anyway I was going to do more and I wasn't going to go the lazy route and re-use a character but I got really distracted and I wanted to do at least 3.

  • Cool, these will help.
