Clementine meets up with Lee's ex-wife and then they just spend the whole season nitpicking things they didn't like about Lee while doing each other's nails.
I'm getting a strong resounding message within your list, but I'm struggling to figure out what it is...by any chance, could it be that you want something called a Luke? XD
Comic book references.
Older Clementine as protag.
Christa.
Lilly.
LUKE.
Character development.
Longer episodes.
Older … moreAJ.
Eddie.
Nate.
LUKE.
400 Days Characters.
A character from a different country, other than the stereotypical "Russian" or "Mexican". A character like an Australian or someone from Ireland. Hawaiian. Any of that type. The kind that are rarely used in video games. You know, English folk, too.
Negan as a strong villain.
LUKE.
I want a new protagonist, I hated clem as a protagonist. Dont hate her character by any means, but lets be real, in an apocalyptic situation no one is going to listen to a child.

I cant imagine a Clementine without her hat. Its the only thing that identify her as a unique character, that, and her Clem-expressions.Maybe if they do get rid of the hat, they can make the scene of her losing her hat dramatic, like the hat protects her from a walker's grip and she cant go back to get it because a herd arrives.
The haircut scene is inevitable. She needs to cut that thing. Maybe... cut it really short like Jane. I kinda like the idea of a tomboy looking Clementine. it seem more realistic, than a girly one, seeing that she been around a lotta of guys, and doesn't truly knows what vanity is because she didn't spend her teen years in the apocalypse.
As far as a fights, I can definitely imagine, seeing that she is small, kicking grown men in the nuts.( That would just be the grandest opening for season 3. The gamer community will be laughing into tears)
All joking asides, I think if she was going to get a fight with a someone between the age of 11-15 male or female, I think her style of fighting would be like a ruthless Jane style:kicking people in the knee to bring them down, punches to the face while they are down, and biting with eye gorging. Or... she can just kick them. She is shown to have a god like powerful kick.
In season 3 if you pick Howes, i'm sure that the 400 days characters are going to go back to take Howes, with force. That would the best time for Clementine to fight Becca. They can fight trying to get their hands on a distanced gun on the ground during the firefight(gun fight)
A few minor things I just thought about that I think would be cool to see in Season 3:
* I want to see Clem get a haircut. When the se… moreason starts, her hair is spilling out from her hat. Someone from the group she is in helps cut her hair. Now the modding community gets a hatless Clem, a Clem with unrestrained hair, and a regular hatted Clem. It would also be cool if the haircut scene could allow you to have your Clem with a different hairstyle (something like a puffball/pun type of thing or maybe something braided as apposed to the two pigtails). It would still be short in honor of Lee and to benefit her survival.
* Clem has taken her fair share of hits, but Clem has never gotten into a fist fight. She doesn't have to have a Bigby/Axemen type of fight, but something to see her swing a few punches. The few times Clem has gotten hit, she coddles her area of pain which makes me think she can't fight. Then again, those hits came fro… [view original content]
1) Clementine as the protagonist is a must. Her story must continue...hell if Rick Grimes lasted so long in the comics.
2) Dear God, I have to know if Christa is alive. She is one of the remaining people of the original group who might still be alive.
She has lost so much, but I hope she will find Clem and they can be together with wherever players chosen for the ending. Please, let her live.
3) Finding a settlement like Wellington, and become part of a group that will last a good long while. Maybe even a WAR with bandits or another group of psychotics.
4) Lily to return as well. I believe she's earned a chance.
5) Befriend other survivors who will last into future seasons.
Any gameplay suggestions I will agree as long as they help the gameplay value.
My idea for Season 3 would be for there to be a certain side character. Like someone who was once a famous celebrity or is a homosexual. Throughout the game, people in your group constantly criticize/bully this person and we have choices to either defend the person, side with your group, or do nothing at all. And depending on how this character was treated will affect the game later on in some big way.
Clementine meets up with Lee's ex-wife and then they just spend the whole season nitpicking things they didn't like about Lee while doing each other's nails.
You know what would be cool: if when people logged on to Steam to download Season 3: Episode 1, they see a ginormous file ready to be downloaded, thus indicating that TellTale is doing something with the 5 different endings for at least episode 1.
I want Telltale Games to say "AWWW you chose bad decisions in Season 2 because they didn't matter? Well bad luck, Season 3 is when it matters and you're gonna have a bad time thinking decisions won't matter!" >:D
Maybe that they open a warehouse that is full of clothes so everyone can have a original outfit , just an idea.
Or that Jane and Clem meet Christa and Jane beeing the psycho she is tries to kill her so gets decapitated by Clem so s02e01 can continue.
Another idea was uploading your own snapshot to use as the face of your playable character, the new "Lee", or using your webcam/Kinect/PScam to record you dying angry sad and the option to say one sentence so your character will have your voice and so on

It's a choice to go back and make new decisions though, in real life, you can't go back in time and change those decisions, it will be a lesson for those people who think that nothing will matter.
Yeah in real life you also don't have to wait at least a month to continue your journey, and to respond to your comment the gamers would try harder not to screw things up if you had to start over again
It's a choice to go back and make new decisions though, in real life, you can't go back in time and change those decisions, it will be a lesson for those people who think that nothing will matter.
I was actually thinking of something similar to this thread last night.
We all know there's basically 5 possible endings to season 2 and whichever character survives (Jane or Kenny) they become determinant meaning they WILL die eventually. That has held true from the beginning.. Save Carley or Doug, the other is doomed. Any character that can be killed, will be killed at some point. What that does is really take away from the importance of our decision because we know if faced with that, regardless whome we save, the other will die eventually.
So, if we start season 3 with one of 5 way's then I would like to see 5 different though similar episodes.
Example using my playthrough.. I went with Jane to Howes and did not let the family inside.. So My season 3 could begin at Howes, having to defend against walker's and perhaps raider's forcing us to leave out into the world. Jane could survive the entire season or even die in episode 5.
Now if you went with jane and let the family in, perhaps, they turn out to be bad or desperate enough that somehow they kill Jane, Clem has to leave with AJ and the rest of the season revolves around them, perhaps up until the season 3 finale.
Basically, I know it would require MUCH more time to create a 5in1 game, the multiple stories, all the added animations and artwork, voice acting etc, but it would then make our choices matter alot more.. As the game has worked like in season 1, no matter what choices you made, we all ended up at the same jewlery store where Lee dies. That's fine for season 1. Season 2 we have 5 different endings possible and I would like to see 5 entirely different stories that all lead to a same/similar finale that ties every path to the same destination.
So, when we finish season 5 and everyone comes back to the forums to discuss their play through, they can all be very different.
I think from a gaming company point of view this is entirely possible, but just a massive amount of work. But there are so many people who play this game and so many different opinions that if it is truely tailored to how we play, then the episodes and finale's should reflect that.
Example.. The stanger in S1E5.. If you agreed to take the supplies from the station wagon, then the stranger has his reason's for wanting to kill Lee. Because even if you didnt take the supplies, the stranger still want's to kill Lee.. Why not have the stranger tell Lee "ok, I know you didnt want to take our thing's, so you can leave right now, but Clem stay's with me. Then you could have Lee fight to rescue Clem. Instead, as it was written, regardless of your decision about the supplies, he's still blaming Lee and want's to kill him which makes that decision meaningless.
What I'm trying to say is, at the end of S3E5 people could have entirely different finales based on how they played during the season. Maybe some meet certain characters, other's never see. Maybe Jane or Kenny lives throughout the season for some, but die quickly for others.
This mean's TTG would proably need to hire more people (including myself )))) and make the game with much more content so people can better expirence thier version of the TWD.
Season 1 and 2 focused on groups, but here's an idea for Season 3. What if instead of already being in a group, we can choose if we want to join one? Telltale's slogan "The story is tailored to how you play" would have more meaning then.
Well some people get put into a coma for a month or get injured and are admitted to hospital for a month, so sometimes you do have to wait a month to continue your journey. It would be the gamer's own fault, any smart gamer wouldn't just make stupid decisions now would they? Just because a decision doesn't have meaning doesn't mean you shouldn't pick the decision you want to make personally.
Yeah in real life you also don't have to wait at least a month to continue your journey, and to respond to your comment the gamers would try harder not to screw things up if you had to start over again
Here's something I'd like to see; a seemingly minor choice made towards the beginning of the season that has a heavy impact towards the end.
For example, a determinant character that you could save in Episode 1 who would eventually end up saving your life or the life of another main character of the season in Episode 5.
They sort of explored that idea with the station wagon, but let's be honest; it didn't really change that much, and the impact really only worked if you actually stole from the car. I want to see this taken to the next level; make people seriously regret an earlier choice.
It would be a bigger challenge if all the groupmembers who are with you at that time could actually die in the first scene, people would try harder to see everything
And my comment was about my frustration after the Russians scene they were starting to shoot and then"Next time on The Walking Dead" now its no problem but then i wanted to continue like a M##h@f#ck@.
And even smart gamers would try everything so they also could die
Well some people get put into a coma for a month or get injured and are admitted to hospital for a month, so sometimes you do have to wait a… more month to continue your journey. It would be the gamer's own fault, any smart gamer wouldn't just make stupid decisions now would they? Just because a decision doesn't have meaning doesn't mean you shouldn't pick the decision you want to make personally.
There are lot of good ideas here! And I think that even there are different endings there is a oppunity to make a good episode. If you're alone there isn't a direction to go. Clem just walked through walkers. She could go everwhere. (Howes, Wellington..) If you got the ending at Howes...It could be you and Jane and mabey the family. Everything could happen. The man could be dangerous. So mabey they are forced to leave. So whereever you got your ending it could all go to wellington. So telltale can make 3-5 different episodes and they alle ending in Wellington...
I like the idea that Luke had been saved by someone, but the savior was not too keen on approaching Clem's group about it since the group had Arvo as a prisoner, and said savior(s) may have been weary of Kenny too if they witnessed Kenny's more violent side. Dunno if it would necessarily have to be Ralph, but perhaps Christa or one of the other scavengers like Victor (who you could've given the water bottle to) or some of the 400 Days characters could've saved Luke as well.
Using my ending as a synopsis (Jane and the family)
Clem and Jane with the families help, earn trust amongst each other while making Howe's their residence. They use the trucks to travel to abandoned settlements looking for supplies and what not. They come across two groups: one consisting of military people and another well versed in survival. Clem insists both come to Howe's as it's probably one of the only safe human settlements, (with their help of course)
With military hardware, Howe's is now well fortified: offensively and defensively.
Clem gets super fit with help from the soldiers. ( I picture some of them with the motif of Aliens.)
During a recon in a forested area, someone signals the truck down. It's Mike! Brought back to Howe's: shown are Mike, Bonnie, (Arvo I'm leaving determinant or otherwise) and another one, exhausted and near death. It is revealed to be Lilly. Once her strength is regained, she warns them of a large group of demented biker like people (like Mad Max). They have small groups scattered across the country. They have their eyes on Howe's.
A battle will come where Howe's Hardware is the prize...
It feels like a combination of parts of AMC's WD Season 3 and The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies.
I'm giving Howe's much credit, because I feel it's a gold mine. Large area, heavily fortified, greenhouse, solar panels. What more is needed?
I'm sure Wellington has it's own amenities.
And now for what the characters will go through:
Clem will become more skilled in survival and scavenging. Plus with military fitness, she'll be at the top of her game. Also, maybe her first war...and whether or not her innocence will retain.
Jane will become good friends with Clem, but she still maintains her character. She begins to trust ones she feels are worthy.
Christa and Lilly will return and connect with each other, since both have lost someone dear to them.
I want an Irish character in an episode. That's it really.
Oh, and Clem as the protagonist still, that's the big one actually. It would b… moree cool if she's a bit older and now you have to take care of AJ and protect him in the same way Lee once took care of Clem. Making it somewhat symbolic to how the first season done it. Think that would be a nice way to make the series come around a full-circle.
Season 3 needs to be Clementine's story. Season 2 should have been Clem's story but it quickly turned into Kenny's story. But that's water under the bridge now. We need more choices, like many of you have said. We should have the choice to kill people we feel threatened by or have wronged us. We should also get to choose if we join a group or not; because like most people, I'm tired of dysfunctional groups and some of us would rather go solo. Or perhaps we could join a new group, analyze the members and try to convince your favorite person to leave the group with you? I also really like @Leatherwolf89's idea of possibly introducing a homosexual character. It would be interesting to see if people could leave their prejudices at the door in an apocalypse scenario or if they would remain the same; and if they don't, we should have the choice to interfere.
I'm not too picky as long as Clem greatly develops and changes throughout the season according to our decisions. She needs to form her own identity.
