I read in an article somewhere that the choices will only matter in each individual episode. For example, in episode one, when one of the characters interrupts the other, you have the option to say 4 different things, and then one of the scenarios plays out based on your choice, though I'd guess they'd eventually diverge to make the second episode.
Also, I heard that if you call a certain character by a nickname, instead of the standard "(?) He Will Remember That", it will show up as "(?) [Insert nickname here] Will Remember That", which I think is neat.
They will probably still do call backs to previous episodes with people talking about things you previously did and set piece changes, and probably some hidden dialog based on how you talk to a character.
I'm not a fan of borderlands but the way telltale makes games based on story I will with a nice bit of comedy hopefully our choices matter and there is a bit of gameplay
I still hoping for more but sounds good If anyone ever played Heavy Rain they would understand the potential here in this sort of game I hope there is more then just convo's changes and they will actually remember that with a good bit of game-play as in hubs like TWD s1 still the best telltale game

Okay okay okay, I want to clear a few things up. I seemed like a dick and overreacted against the whole thing, but that's kinda how I react … moreto things sometimes....it really sucks, but I take things a lot more literal than I should. I have run into problems with good friendships in the past (including here) because my thick mind can't see through these 'jokes'.
