No one. As much as I liked certain character's it's still TWD and character's will die. Whose to say how soon is too soon. It can happen to any of them at any time.
Nick didnt need to be determinant in ep 2, he has almost no lines if he survives and then gets killed off screen. Nick should have been a non determ who lived until like ep 5 and remained a major story element

Jolene (I think that's her name) the crazy lady in the woods. First time around I knew she knew something about the dairy farmers, but before the truth was out.. bam! Danny shot her and I was pissed. Oh and Carley obviously.

Carver and Pete. Both should have lasted till the season finale (Pete getting killed in ep.4 would be fine, but Carver should have lasted longer).
Thought Larry had a whole lot more to offer than what he was given. Besides Pete, he probably is the most wasted potential of the characters I listed.
