Why do people like Jane?
This isn't a hate thread but I personally found her not likable and wasn't comfortable with how she replaced Luke. She had way too much screen time in Episode 4 and over shadowed the characters like Kenny. I found it pretty cheap that she was in the finale when she didn't deserve to be and was even more shocked when almost 100 % of the players chose her.

Most people chose to shoot Kenny and go with her because they either wanted to prevent murder, thought going to Howes was the best bet, Kenny was crazy (trying to kill over a mistake), they couldn't just let her die or they liked her character. Personally I did because Kenny was crazy and Howes actually had formula and searching for a place up north with no exact location sounded like a suicide mission, I feel like most people did it for the reasons I mentioned above more then because they just liked her character.

We should remove the option to shoot kenny after he murders Jane, not add in the option to do the same to Jane.
What does a few people liking a character have to do with them hating another character? Most people who liked her character were from episode 4 where she literally had no interaction with Kenny if you're arguing about the Kenny/Jane choice.
Most players want Clem to become some super badass.

I actually liked both Jane and Kenny. However in the end I went with Kenny and allowed Jane to die for the following reasons: I was annoyed because of AJ, Kenny is an old friend, and Jane started the situation and refused to back away when she had the chance.
I still don't hate her, even when I think that her whole plan with Kenny was idiotic and irresponsible. If she provokes party member to snap, when she knows that he is already near the breaking point, then she deserves everything what she got.
I'm not gonna lie, from episode 3 to the first half of 5 I liked jane, she was cool, a good character, I guess it's her personality. Because after i was done being pissed at her, I was like, Fuuuuuck, Jane's dead... DAMN IT!

People like Jane, because she is a badass. They like those characters in video games. Personally I don't like her, it personally got really annorying the fact she want to run away and leave everyone. if one person is in trouble she says f**k this I am out of here. she keep repeating that stuff too. I honestly liked Molly better, she went through a lot of trouble to save her sister. I don't dislike Jane because she is a badass its just that she want to run away and leaving everyone got soooo annorying. At least with Molly she was concent

You are absolutely right.. Everyone has their own reason's for liking one character or another. The problem on these forums are that many have no respect for other's reason's. They feel if you do not agree with them, then you are wrong.
I like Jane but I loved Kenny.. But I also shot Kenny and left with Jane. Why? Because I felt My Clem had a better chance to survive with Jane.. simple as that.
I think people should learn to focus more on themselves and their own reason's rather than worry about what everyone else think's.
Or because they felt it was necessary for the story, made sense, and Kenny had his time. I don't like Jane and I love Kenny but I killed him because I do what's best for the story and his story was over. I don't always want my favorite character to live just because I like them, I like when they die if it's necessary for the story and if it's done well. I know a lot of other people killed Kenny for those reasons too and not because they didn't like him.
It is in movies, TV shows, and video games.

I know it doesn't. that's why so much conflict's here. Someone askes for opinion's you give your's, then you end up belittled or attacked for it because they are coward's hiding behind a screen. But that's okay, it's the internet, its a game forum and in the end, none of you really matter!
people had their own opinions(such as myself) to love the character(s), but sometimes(the haters/or not in the other hand) it went too far...
