She's like Penny from The Big Bang Theory, her last name has never been revealed and has and most likely will always be a mystery.
But since everyone just refers to her as Clem, her last name might as well be Entine.

Its funny how we get so close to these characters and still don't know their last names. I thought about this the other day Clem, Kenny and so many others and all this time we only know them by their first name. Its like you don't even think about it.
In fact, the majority of the characters we only know their first name. The only characters that have had their last names revealed are Lee (Everett), Hershel and Shawn (Greene), Andy, Danny, and Brenda (St. John), Ben (Paul), Pete (Randall), and Bill (Carver).

I know, but she says that Lee protected her better than anyone had her whole life. I prefer to use Everett because of that fact.

Using Lee's family name in place of Clementine's own is, in my not-so-humble opinion, spitting on her parents' memory, whom she clearly loved very much. You've said your reasons for using "Everett" as Clem's family name, but, for me personally, I can't find any.
