Doubt it. If S3 carries on from where we left off, Kenny/Jane will most likely receive 'Omid treatment', since we all know what happens to determinant characters in TWD... flashbacks of Sarah and Nick
If Clem is PC, then for gods sake have her have some emotion and be more like the Clem we all knew and love in season 1, and not the bland, … moreboring Clem in season 2. But, knowing how Telltale will probably not do that, I would really want a new character from the start of the apocalypse.
I'd like to see S3 take a crack at slavery and an oligarchy-meets-meritocracy society in a ZA. Like a community/society that implements slavery onto those that are deemed "unclean", or "lowly" to provide a constant supply of food for their prospering society. The meritocracy part comes in, in that those considered able, are integrated into a militia of sorts. They're are above the slaves, but are still considered far beneath civilians of the community. The militia have various jobs, one of switch includes bringing in potential new slaves, and hunting escapees. Other jobs that are on the same level are carpenters, chefs, doctors, blacksmiths, etc. The warden, and his men are not part of the militia, but are slightly above them in societal rank. Those who escape, but are captured, are not to be killed tho. One of their creeds would be "No order is built without necessity of sacrifices. But if we were to constantly produce casualties, then we would also sustain casualties of our own." Any hunter that kills an escapee is to either be put down themselves, or is demoted to take the former slave's place, as reconciliation.
Not all of the "nobles" would be entitled assholes; some do their best to add more comfort into the slaves, but even then they still believe that without this system of fear, and control, that their society would collapse.
Clem, Jane/Kenny and others would be among those captured and put into slavery. AJ is taken into the noble community to educated in their ways, and adopted by those within, as is done with all children under the age of 3/4. We'd control Clem in the slave community, but Jane/Kenny eventually gets inducted into the militia, and Clem get's to know other people.
We'd also get to control two other characters (NC = New Character):
1)The first playable NC would be a seasoned soldier within the militia, and it's their that we get a perspective in which to interact with Jane/Kenny, along with 1-2 other noteworthy NPCs. He's a former corrupted police officer, whose shady business got his family murdered before the ZA. He meant to repent by saving all he could during the ZA, but he and his group got captured and put here. Now he can either aim to bring down the society, or keep it alive as it's the first, and only, stable society he's come across, and he knows that it's collapse could spell for the deaths of thousands. I'd have this guy be a stand-in for Michael Chiklis (from Shield fame); he could even voice the character.
2) The second playable NC would be a female member of the council that controls everything, but isn't as cruel as the others. She has a sense of duty towards keeping their society flourishing, but also has a constant guilt over their need for slaves. She's not only the wife of the leader of the society, along with being on the council (she was on the council before marrying him), but she's also the one who adopts AJ. I'd have her be one of those "perfect, beautiful people" types; she'd also be mixed, like Puerto Rican with African American. Her beauty, and poise, disguises strategic mind. She has a history of being a domestic violence victim, but her past only serves as a reminder, and source, of her strength as a person.
The only episode i liked was episode 3. All the others were meh. Carver/Troy really came through with their hilarious catch phrases, that saved the day. Other than that, the season i found pretty boring/bland/predictable. Gee who didn't see Clementine Leeing Kenny.
I loved the part where they locked Clementine in a shed, and now were friends again.
Season 2 felt like a run of bad luck that got worse every episode. I mean Jesus.
For crying out loud, don't be so melodramatic. Out … moreof the entire season, only episodes 3 and 4 were dodgy. The quality of the other episodes varied from solid to great.

Not real slavery, as what they did also benefited them, and you could get promoted to a commanding position. It's not as brutal as what I'm getting at, which is straight up plantation style slavery; they are essentially the dirt underneath the heels of their masters. And this society is completely secure from the outside, with proper procedures and strict security; so there's case where most slaves are content no longer having to run. Complacency and ingrained fear are major components here.
Clem pretty much just lost her whole group in the matter of days. Saw how some people you think you can trust, can betray you in a split second. Seen how this world can bring out the worst in people.
Another reason why I just couldn't bring myself to hate Kenny. He's either your BFF or your worst enemy. I knew where I stood with him more so than most of the other characters.
With Jane at Howes. Didn't let the family in. Couldn't let them in. Sort of got the same feeling Rick(TV) had, when he turned away Tyreese a… morend Sasha. It makes all the sense in the world, to let them in. (they can help defend and build) But I couldn't do it. Not because of Jane's reasons, (not enough food/they could be dangerous/"do you really wanna go through that again?") but because it wasn't the right time. AJ being the most important thing for MyClem, I just couldn't give that much trust to strangers.
All that being said, I want the family to find a group (maybe 5-10 people, including them) and attack Howe's. I want Clem, AJ, and Jane to get out of there in one piece but have Howe's become worthless, due to the battle. Have them continue s… [view original content]

How? Not to hate, but how can you know where you stand with a man who let's his rage control his actions, doesn't think things thru, is a blatant hypocrite and has a "there's only my side/way" way of doing things? This isn't to prop up Jane either, who is cold and manipulative.

I'd have multiple villains/antagonists; at least one for each playable character. The leader of the society is an antagonist that would last the whole season, seeing as he's the spouse of female NC and part of the political side of the story.
I would like to play as AJ but I don't want such a big time skip. AJ has to be AT LEAST as old as Clementine was at the beginning because it would be very weird if you played a 4 y/o boy... Or a new character that will, later in the season, connect with the storyline of the ending that you chose in S2. Now the question is: Are there still any interesting people alive at this point in the zombie apocalypse?

You never know what Telltale could do. They could always ret-con it and bring him back and say he got super-duper lucky, and give him a 50 foot long beard and a peg-leg.
Chances are the game will start off with Clementine with neither Kenny, or Jane. The only difference will be is the back story of what happened. Possibly a cut scene, or more likely Clementine talking about how they died.
I don't know if they're going to make a community at Howe's in the Jane ending. Personally I think they are going to tie all the endings together at the end of E1

You just replied to your own question. There is no "correct" answer. Kenny is every one of the things you listed: He's a hothead, he's a hypocrite, and it's either his way or the highway. Jane pointed this all out herself when they were fighting in the car.
He's also one of the most amazing and controversial characters in video games, ever. I've rarely encountered anyone in "zombie apocalypse" movies who fascinated me beyond the ending credits, and that includes George Romero's films. I never identified with any of the cast from the TV show or comic book version of THE WALKING DEAD; all their attempts to nail a sense of pathos for Rick and his gang always seemed to miss the target.
But Kenny is something else. He's a working class man, a family man, and a broken man. "Lightning in a bottle" doesn't begin to cover it, and I think Gavin Hammon's incredible performance is the biggest factor behind Kenny's impact on the series. I don't blame Telltale for bringing him back, even if his presence took away screen time from "the new guys"...although I feel that had more to do with the truncated running time of season 2's episodes than Kenny himself.

That would be pretty stupid and random for them to start over at season 3 after 2 continuing seasons. Clementine's story isn't over, that's like a show starting over and bringing in new everything after they've already established it. The only way that would work if it was an anthology series.
Personally i could care less about either Kenny/Jane at this point. I think they should start over from scratch with new everything. New Protagonist, New story, new location everything. I do not find Clementine's story interesting.
Yeah would be nice, I just hope they don't do the same formula for S3. If they do, i won't bother getting it until its on Steam sale a year… more later for five dollars. Season 2 felt like a run of bad luck that got worse every episode. I mean Jesus.
Nothing went Clementine's way. If something bad was going to happen , it was drawn to her like a magnet.
TTG needs to realize they need to have both happy/sad moments in the game, so people don't get desensitized.
If we stick with Kenny, I'd like to actually explore the consequences of Kenny's influence towards Clementine, thus turning her into a more aggressive, harsh, impulsive, and grudge-bearing individual, to the point where Clementine and Kenny can no longer collaborate with each other in a healthy way, and this would not be presented in a 'badass' or positive light. Kenny's actions should also not be glorified and actually bring genuine consequences to the group with no last minute cop-outs that only serves to prove him right. If Kenny has a chance to turn to the dark path depending on your choices, don't back out and give him redemption, ensure that he's too far gone to be reasoned with.
If we are with Jane and depending on whether the family has a role or not, I would like to see how Jane would influence Clementine by turning her into a colder, apathetic, and twisted in her logic, all while the family notices the dark turn and tries to intervene in some way. The incident with Jaime and Sarah would also play a role, where we can choose whether to trust Jane's concern and loyalty to Clementine or distrust her and assume that she'll quickly revert to her old ways.
I think you're on to something there. Different dialogue options could open up to Clem depending on who influenced her between season 2 and 3. It would be a cool way of extending Kenny/Jane's role in S3 without necessarily having them survive beyond episode 1.
If we are to continue with Clementine's story in a community, I'd like to explore the theme of recovery after the loss Clementine endured du… morering their journey to Wellington, with Kenny, or back to Carver' community. Moving to another community would get old fast, I'd like to see if we can 'camp' in one place and explore our neighbouring areas and investigate any problems that will eventually threaten the group.

S1 : BOAT
S2 : Car
S3 : A FUCKING AIRPLANE WOOOOOOOO
Please please character with a pilot backstory and an airplane dream like Kenny's boat.
I'm hoping that they learn from that mistake and go back to determinant characters lasting longer.
I'd prefer to have some moments where she showed genuine happiness and I was hoping she'd get that with Sarah.

...I've just realised how many times I said 'I'd like' or 'like' in my post. Guess I need to come up with alternative words.
Didn't we see slavery in S2.

Kenny's determinant now, so it's pretty safe to say his role in S3 will probably be minimal at best...which will make his detractors happy to no end.
Another reason why I just couldn't bring myself to hate Kenny. He's either your BFF or your worst enemy. I knew where I stood with him more so than most of the other characters.

I think telltale will have all the endings form one conclusion as the first episode draws to a close.
I think my captured, and turned slave, premise could be a good way to have all the branches meet at a starting point.
And make the villian live through all of S3
I'd have multiple villains/antagonists; at least one for each playable character. The leader of the society is an antagonist that would last the whole season, seeing as he's the spouse of female NC and part of the political side of the story.

I think there would be way to many plot holes that way.
I know. I'm so damn curious about what Telltale has in store for S3... But we won't know that until the end 2015/begin 2016
You never know what Telltale could do. They could always ret-con it and bring him back and say he got super-duper lucky, and give him a 50 foot long beard and a peg-leg.
Would take about 8 seasons for AJ to get where Clem is now.
Unless TTG takes my idea and employs the same comic/book prequels that Naughty Dog and Bethesda did to fill in gaps of info.
I do wonder how long they will time skip in season 3.

I'd say the first two were good, but the season floundered after S2's bastardization of Kenny took over and killed off Carver.
This is a really cool idea.
Having her still be S1 Clem is unrealistic. Personalities tend to change during the apocalypse. She's not really emotionless, she's more reserved.

Jane is also a hypocrite.
How exactly was Kenny "bastardized?" He seemed the same Kenny we knew from season 1 (which, of course, was a good AND a bad thing for Clem's group).

I'd like to see the American Southwest play a major part in S3. Also, a ride in a plane could be cool.
