Alright then. You can be sarcastic, but when I am that makes me an ass. Hypocritical.
You would rather the same character who isn't the same than a new character who isn't the same. Okay.
It is what you asked, as with referring to her character when you said "we've seen it all" you need to say what you actually mean, not what you intent to imply, if you want a logical and understandable argument.
It is a matter of opinion. Everything is a matter of opinion. Difference is I can substantiate my side.
I'm not sarcastic 24/7 either, but it's okay for you to be sarcastic and no I? Okay?...
I didn't say you can't be sarcastic. But you… more surely can't be an ass for no reason.
And you know, for the most part, what any character with a set personality will say and do as soon as they are a set character with a set personality. Now, half the characters may have never gotten that due respect this season, what with all the flip flopping in traits and such, but that doesn't mean it isn't a staple of writing with realistic characters and writing with continuity. The obvious aside, it's also a problem with continuity if you change her personality to the point she would say and do things that don't match with her character, even if years in the future. What's the point of even having the same character at that point? You might as well bring in a fresh face. At least then it doesn't negate your character from previous tales (S1 and 2).

What I would love: time skip of about 7-8 years, that way, AJ is older and Clem becomes Lee, AJ becomes S1 Clem, and we have to protect and teach him similar to how Lee taught Clem

What they are limited to: 2 years, cannot go past the comics unless Kirkman were to give them some sort of special permission, which will not happen
Most likely: a few weeks/months, no reason behind this, I just feel that this is a good estimate
I would still care for her character if she were an adult, but not hardly as much if they just skip to her being an adult. It's much harder … morefor us as bystanders to link the two, young and old, if there is no linkage to fall back on between the two. If they follow her story until she is an adult then sure, I would still care for her. If they poof her into and adult then I would still care for her more than the other characters they would first introduce me to, but seeing as how they made her character in S2 I could see that fizzling out extremely quickly. And if it didn't fizzle out it would still be a tenuous flash to her former self years back. I will care both ways, but one will be meaningful, and one will be a halfhearted attempt to hold onto what I've come to cherish.

Well that's where we differ. I want her to grow, but I want to watch her grow. Just like having real children they grow and get to points in their life where they can do more for themselves and others until they leave. Is it sad when they leave? Sure. But it's the eventual goal.
Alright then. You can be sarcastic, but when I am that makes me an ass. Hypocritical.
Sigh. Misinterpret my words then.
You would rather the same character who isn't the same than a new character who isn't the same. Okay.
I would rather Clementine with a new personality and older, considering that we already know her past, why would we want to bring in a whole new character that we aren't even attached to?
It is what you asked, as with referring to her character when you said "we've seen it all" you need to say what you actually mean, not what you intent to imply, if you want a logical and understandable argument.

Hey, all I said was "I'd rather play as a teenage/adult Clementine than an 11 year old Clementine. It opens us up to so many new plot pathways."
Which was my opinion. But since you decided to be an ass, I guess that's what's got us here now. Look, I'm done. Have fun with whatever you're trying to prove here, because I don't know what the fuck it is.

Do you even understand what your words mean anymore? I was sarcastic. You said I was being an ass. I said you had previously stated you were a sarcastic person, which you readily agreed with. I reiterated I was being sarcastic, to which you reiterated I didn't need to be an ass. Ergo, I can't believe I need to walk you through this, you believe I was being an ass for being sarcastic after you agreed you were a sarcastic person. Hypocrite.
I would rather Clementine with a new personality and older, considering that we already know her past, why would we want to bring in a whole new character that we aren't even attached to?
Will return to tomorrow.
Okay.
More absolutely flawless substantiation... bravo. Clap

1) Is it safe? Well the perimeters for all the areas (slave camp, militia camp, "various other trades" camp, and especially the "noble" camp. 24-7 surveillance both on, and beyond the walls, with scheduled recon/elimination missions to wipe out all hostiles within a certain radius, such as large groups of people, or walkers; if people are encountered, then they are to be captured if there's room in the slave camps. Very young children are always to be captured for re-education. All homes are to be locked at a certain time in the evening, and everyone is checked for any injuries sustained; especially bites. If there is overpopulation in the slave camps, then those capable are prematurely promoted to militia, and those deemed incompetent/liabilities are killed/sacrificed for the many. All dead bodies are cremated to insure no spread of disease; all food is reviewed for the same reason.
Basically, it's secure from the outside world. Walls or both wood and cement shield the populous, along with several tunnels for possible escape. The "nobles" are made up, mostly, of those that built the foundation of this place from the ground up.
2) Clem, as a slave, is treated like shit from most of the guards; there are some that try to make the slave's life easier, like a few more breaks, actually helping, not beating/yelling at them, giving them more rations, but it's mostly 30/70 in favor of the assholes. The slaves themselves vary depending on their mental state; some are nice, some are friendly, some are introverted, some are assholes, some are stressed, some are parasites, and some are rats sent in to see those that aren't pulling their weight. The militia is much like any military, except for the decreased level of discipline. There are different squads, with varying collective personalities, and there is a nature of competitiveness among them all.
3) In the rare chance that a horde manages to get close enough for some walkers to get in, they are taken care of quickly, and without wasted movement. Usually the militia uses themselves to lure away the walkers before taking them out via coordinated attacks. Militia members wear "armor" created within the walls; think riot protection wear.Due to the strict protocols, and the constant surveillance by both the guards, and militia, walker presence within the walls practically non-existent. The biggest, potential threat within the walls are the humans within them....and outside factions...
Just getting a more specified visualization of your idea. The trials would tell me things like: is it safe? For the slaves, for the militia?… more How often do the peons need to leave the safety of the chaste based society to keep the society functioning? How is she treated? Would the treatment make her want to leave? Do the zombies get in ever? How are they dealt with?

Isn't Clem one year older than Carl? so that would mean that she is 14 years old in the comics because carl is only 13 in the comics
that would be to redundant. Maybe it could work if it was set in a different place like California.
