Oh man I cannot deal with this >:( I'm at a loss for words but if I was part of the french government I would track down and send my army to kill each member responsible to send out a clear message these countries do not fear you and you will face the consequences of your actions so other groups will get the message this is unacceptable and consequences will be severe of their actions I'm sure America will sort this

Yeahhh, that always used to be my issue as well, and still is whenever I do have trouble sleeping. Its pretty frustrating to have to make a conscious effort to stop thinking lol. It really doesn't work. Sometimes it's so bad that even listening to music doesn't help. I basically completely tune out the music, and just continue to go on thinking.
I would say that is pretty much the case. My co-workers are pretty much notorious for turning down extra help, so it usually falls to me to take the shift, if anyone. I'm all for extra hours, though I really don't like it being forced on me at the last minute, or even really the night beforehand if it's a morning shift that is being offered.
This is probably contradicting my spiel about getting healthy hours of sleep, but caffeine is also your friend and keeps you going for a couple hours lol.
Yeah, I'll admit that I've downed an energy drink the last two times that I have worked... lol.
Insomnia sucks, I get that every now and then too. Or I just think to much before bed and can't seem to fall asleep.:/
