A friend of mine was over one day, and we decided we would watch the first episode of the show. I turned it on, and we started watching. The next thing I knew I was waking up, hours later, and he had already gone home. I might have seen 15-20 minutes, and I never gave it another attempt. I don't think I even got to any nudity, but I just didn't find it all that interesting. It did give me a nice nap though, so I guess I remember it fondly.
I mean...kinda? But there are still a lot of unnecessary nude scenes if you ask me. They sacrifice time where they could be advancing the plot for nudity.
You're lucky for dodging the nudity, it's not that I mind seeing sex scenes/nudity on TV or in movies, but the way GOT depicts it is just really tasteless, like something out of a porno. There is definitely a lot going on in the show, so it can be difficult to keep track of the plot sometimes. I think it helps if you really like fantasy/medieval genre, which I'm a fan of. If not though, then it's hard to get into. It's the same thing for me and the science fiction/futuristic genre, I'm not a big fan, so it's hard for me to get into certain shows/movies in that genre. lol at least you got a good sleep!
