Maybe. But not only did he loose his girlfriend, he also lost his child.
He would have been angry, considering his wife and child just died, but not for long. Omid, even when his leg was infected and he was on the verge of death, managed to have a positive attitude, and he still had one when Lee was bit. So I can't see him being angry forever.
He would have gone down a similar path as Kenny.

I think he would be miserable, but he would try to stay positive.
I don't believe Omid would of blamed Clementine for her death like Christa did, he might fall apart and become a drinker. It was their fault for leaving a 9 year old in a bathroom alone with a gun.
Omid would probably stop being Omid (and that would totally suck). Maybe he wouldn't give Clem cruel stares like Christa, but his spirit would be withered that's for sure, after losing his love and love child.
yeah his happy boy days would be gone for a while, i think he would show that side from time to time though.

Omid would change but I couldn't seem him being as cold to Clem as Christa had been. He would be depressed, devastated and distant yet still trying to etch some false joy and humour with Clem. Omid wouldn't be as reliable as Christa on the road, I could see him sacrificing himself to allow Clem to escape, probably from walkers or maybe the scavengers that Christa and Clem came across.

Personally, I found Omid super boring and not at all written well. And I know a lot of people found his death cheap. But, Omid strikes me as the kind of guy who'd freeze up under pressure (as seen when he refused to jump to the train in S1E3). Seeing Clementine held up at gunpoint obviously scarred him, and so his slow indecisiveness in that situation made perfect sense for him to die via jumpy gun-wielding dumbass. I dunno, I just wonder why people enjoyed his character more than Christa's.

That's what everyone says. And I can see that, but at the same time just being "positive" isn't enough for me to like a character. He's often very off-putting and is written as "comedic relief" which in of itself is cheap and lazy in terms of characterization.
Why is he so positive? Is it to hide a self-loathing or to mask some sort of interesting chara- nope, he's just positive.
There is a few times when Christa tells him to stop acting the way he does, one I remember is in episode 5 when he talks about the bust and he stops acting all positive and says that he is "just trying to lighten the fucking tone."
I think he'd just act sluggish and with little hope for anything, but still maintain a little bit of humor.
I feel that Omid would have taken it better. I mean sure he would've been a bit depressed but I feel he would try to stay optimistic for Clementine.
I think its just speculation... not saying it should have happened...
