Clementine would either have starved to death in the treehouse or met Shawn and Chet/Andre by herself. If she went with Shawn, Hershel wouldn't have kicked Clem off the farm, so that would lead to Clementine meeting Rick and Co. In the events of the Comic Volume 2: Miles Behind Us. The motel group would stay the same for the most part, however, it is very possible that they would have all been killed by the Save Lots Bandits. As for the Season 2 Group, there backstory would be the same, but since Clementine wouldn't be there to watch Sarah, Carver would have ambushed her alone and either taken her hostage or killed her. The cabin group would be captured earlier and taken to Howes. They would never have found thr Ski Lodge, also because Kenny died back at the Motor Inn, Sarita would have been dead. They all would have died escaping Howes, except for Jane who would be on her own again. Carver and Co. Would still be alive as well as the Russians. This also changes the events of the comics. Without Lee, Glenn wouldn't have been able to get rescued with just Carley. So, Glenn could have died. If Glenn died, Rick would have died in the comic Vol 1, which would mean he never found his family, the majority of the group was killed in Vol 1 when walkers invaded the camp, Shane is still alive, the Governor is still alive, Michonne is by herself, Maggie wouldn't meet Glenn which would mean that her baby would never have been born and she never would have become leader of Hilltop. The Alexnadria Safe Zone would have been taken over by Derek and Walkers and those who survived would have most likely been killed by Negan. Without the help of Rick, The Hilltop Colony and Kingdom would have fallen and there would have been no survivors. Without Lee, The Walking Dead would be a whole other world.

Damn. Epic ripple effect is epic. A lot of people owe their lives to Lee Everett, and don't even know it.
They owe their lives to the walker that crossed the street.
If the guy hadn't been killed in that exact area, he would not have been able to resurrect at the crucial point. If he hadn't turned into a walker, he wouldn't have been mindlessly strolling across the street. If he hadn't crossed the street, the cop wouldn't have hit him, and Lee would never have met Clementine.

But what about Lee's wife and the state senator. If she wasn't having an affair, Lee wouldn't have been going to jail in the first place.

Well if Lee did die then it would be Clem as the lead right? She would just stay up in her tree house for an even longer period of time. I believe that the reason Clem got the courage to leave her tree fort was to help out Lee, cause she is awesome like that. She would miss out on getting a ride to Hershel's farm then and either start a brand new adventure with a crazy cast of characters or she's walker food, cause she has no reason to leave her house since she's waiting for her parents. Reminds me of Fry's dog from Futurama.
Well, without the walker, Lee would've ended up in the prison where Rick and the gang stayed. However, like @AmidtheClementine stated, without Lee meeting up with the Motel group, Glenn probably doesn't survive Macon --> without Glenn, Rick dies in Atlanta ---> without Rick, Shane remains the leader of the group (and mostly sane). But Shane didn't want to leave the campsite, so its a toss up on whether or not the group would actually leave (on the insistence of Dale), or remain where they are. If they do leave, than they probably end up on Herchel's farm, get kicked off, and end up at the prison with Lee. And Lee being the badass, problem solving mother fucker that he is, earns his place with the group, eventually proving himself to be a better leader than Shane, and takes Rick's place from that point on. Eventually becoming the leader of Alexandria.
P.S. I don't know what I'm talking about anymore. I'm just having fun and making shit up. XD

I guess you could say Clem was found by Lee because the universe was born. If the universe hadn't been born, the earth would not have formed. If there hadn't been a asteroid that crashed on earth, there would be no moon and thus no tides. If there were no tides, life would have been more difficult. If not some cells transformed into a bigger being, there wouldn't have been water plants, and no life would have formed at all. If not one being had decided to set foot on land, the land would not have been claimed by creatures. If there had been no such 'explorers', the dinosaurs and birds wouldn't have evolved. If there had been no catastrophe that made them go extinct, the mammals wouldn't have had their great chance. If the first humans hadn't detected fire, we still would have no fire nor any process at all and would still life in holes in the ground.

Actually, if Lee and Clem never meet Glenn, the people in the drugstore never escape that building. So Glenn never makes it to Atlanta and Rick dies.
