It is basically a fantasy game but when you have Russian's missing with AK's at close range then magically swapping guns between episodes it… more just looks like a big brain fart in the creativity department and takes you out of the story.
Either that or TTG just thinks their audience are really f@#%ing stupid and wouldn't notice things like that at all.
The walking realism "Season 2 edition" -complete set
Episode 1 "All that Realisms"
Episode 2 "A Realism Divided"
Episode 3 "In Realism's Way"
Episode 4 "Amid The Realisms"
Episode 5 "No Going Realism"
We for sure need it
Hows this for realism?
Credits to BemBiann over on Deviant art. This is easily the best painting of a Walking Dead Character I've ever se… moreen.
Holy crap.
But in all honesty. It's a game. If people are looking for realism, they should have stopped at, the dead coming back to life.
Very true to bad big choices were sacrificed this season cater to story. Particularly choices made in episode 3 and up.
Have the choice of picking out of Jane and Sarah in episode 4. Doesn't matter Jane always lives and Sarah always dies For the sake of story.
Find out in episode 1 that Rebecca is keeping a secret of who the father could be from the rest of the group and decide to blackmail her for being a bitch. Doesn't matter Magically everyone knows by episode 2 and you become BFF's with Rebecca out of no where.
Saved Nick? Doesn't matter his character says hardly jack shit and dies like a shell of a random 3d model just put there to be there.
Shoot walker Rebecca at the end of episode 4 to protect AJ or dont shoot her worried you'll set off the stand off getting a bunch of characters killed. doesn't matter everyone gets saved by magic.
Have the option to shoot Mike and take it? nope. In soviet russia Arvo always shoots first.
I do Agree with what your saying though. Choices in this game are what made S1 one of my best games of all time.
Sure in Season 1 all choices lead to the same place but what made the choices so great in S1 was the reward you got from them. If you saved Carley or Doug they had so much extra dialogue that you didn't expect them to get killed by Lilly. If you Chopped off Lee's Arm it made saving Clem in quick time events just a bit harder. If you disagreed with Kenny to much it made him your enemy and the game a bit harder. Depending on who you fed at the Inn you saw different sides of peoples characters. If you taught Clem to shoot she saves Molly's ass from getting hurt at Crawford.
Your right choices are what make the game unique I just hope TTG follows suit with season 1 for season 3 and gives story rewards and differences in story by the choices you make.
I agree, very questionable and downright appalling goofs did occur... but...
The best part of the series wasn't what was going on around … moreus per say, but what decisions we had to make as a person in the situation. And I think that's where the realism really lies in the game. Our decisions as a player.
Clementine doesn't cry for her dead parents who raised her for 8 years but cries over a guy who she knew for 3 months. And she will still cry for Lee even if you are the biggest dick to her and everyone around you.
The sound files also confuse the two. Buricko's lines are listed under Vitali, and Vitali's lines are listed under Buricko.

Headshots a zombie police officer with a shotgun

"Come on Sam. Let's go find some food!"
5 minutes later
"Go find your own food T_T."

Sees legs chopped off
"What happened to your legs man?" : o
i dont get how bonnie survives if you do break the ice open because luke died and i think if you cover luke they both fall in equal timeline so it would not make sense for bonnie to survive with all that cold water and such
Luke falls in the ice. Bonnie falls in the ice. Both at the same time.
a little later....
Clementine falls in the ice.
Luke saves Clementine then drowns
Jane picks up Clementine
Bonnie reached the surface
Alright guys just hear me out here alright
Look at this picture very closely
You see something that might stick out to you
It's… more right there see it
That's right: this door has handles
Everything is right in the world
These doors have a mechanism for both opening and closing them
Nothing wrong here
Now look at this picture, everything looks good ri-holy MOTHER OF FUCK
JESUS BUTTFUCKING CHRIST
ARE YOU SEEING THIS SHIT
THERE ARE NO FUCKING HANDLES
JESUS FUCKING CHRIST WHAT THE FUCK
HOW DID LEE MANAGE TO GET OUT OF THIS MOTHERFUCKING ROOM IF THERE ARE NO MOTHERFUCKING HANDLES TO OPEN THE FUCKING DOORS
holy FUCK
i dont get how bonnie survives if you do break the ice open because luke died and i think if you cover luke they both fall in equal timeline so it would not make sense for bonnie to survive with all that cold water and such
Ummm Luke had a gun shot wound right? So maybe that got him a fucked over, plus we all know those walkers can be quite grabby under water. Because of that Bonnie had better chance to swim out I guess. When Clementine's in the water, Luke swims over to save her, but Bonnie just swam for the opening Clem made. If you don't create that opening, they both die I think. So all in all Clem just saves Bonnie's life.

Of course, you know why all that happened, right?
Kenny's majestic-godlike beard!
Everytime she was around him, his beard radiated with power, and it in turn gave her power to do things that were unimaginable.
Lol!
But on a serious note, these are the reasons why I felt having Clementine as the PC character in Season 2 didn't work.
And why it sure as hell won't work in Season 3, that is if she indeed is the PC character for Season 3 as well.
I mean, who is going to listen to a child?
That is one of the big reasons, I think, that Lee should've survived Season 1, as he is much more convincing.
When AJ was born he was completely clean, that isn't how babies look . It should of looked like a little blood soaked alien.
Walking acro… moress the ice in Ohio is just not realistic, if Wellington is supposed to be in Ohio or Michigan, the ice doesn't get cold enough to be frozen solid for grown adults to walk on.
When Jane leaves in episode four, regardless on your choice on whether you decide to leave early or not, She saves the day during the shootout.
Jane is willing to die/kill over a girl she just met. For someone who is emotionless cripple, LOL. What.
Clementine breaks down a door, turns off a windmill, is asked to be the savior for adults. Adults actually ask Clementine, what she thinks, and care about her opinion, they don't treat her as a kid. /rolls eyes.
Taking a bullet wound to the chest, and being "fine" with no medical attention. The bullet "must have" passed through... Did anyone check???
Clementine survivi… [view original content]
The fact that Carley didn't know that there weren't any batteries in the radio and doesn't know how to use one. I don't know if you classify that under or realism, or just sheer stupidity.

This! "It must've passed through" doesn't cut it when we're talking about a hunting-round to the goddamn chest. I've seen the damage one of those suckers can do to a deer and it's not pretty.
But that would surely be counterbalanced by the fact that the Rifle shot would have been far more powerful and damaging purely because it comes from a rifle?
Carlos tells clementine they need help with the wind turbine when all they needed to do was insert the key and turn it to turn the turbine off because....
Realism
Comments
Those two russians are actually mixed up in Episode 5, thus why the guns are swapped and all.
writers
Staying inside a herd of walkers while your body is full of walker guts and still get bitten.
REALISMMMMMM------
So A Realism Divided and No Going Realism is done. I'll try doing some for the others.
And gasp! You guessed all my titles XD
Let me add another one; also from BemBiann.

Do one for Season 1's episodes as well.
A New Realism
Starved for Realism
Long Realism Ahead
Around Every Realism
No Realism Left
Clementine doesn't cry for her dead parents who raised her for 8 years but cries over a guy who she knew for 3 months. And she will still cry for Lee even if you are the biggest dick to her and everyone around you.

"A shovel can never be not useful" to which we never use said shovel in any way again in the entire episode .............. realism
I actually forgot their names... oh wel.
And yeah, or maybe a rewrite.
I have tears in my eyes from laughing at "No Realism Left"
Just because it explains what happened after season 1 and why season 2 came out the way it did!
XD
yup

The door without the handles reminds me of 1 of those japanese doors with no handles and you have to slide them open
because Luke gets attacked by walkers underwater...Bonnie doesn't and is able to reach the surface...maybe Luke inhaled some water by mistake?
Ummm Luke had a gun shot wound right? So maybe that got him a fucked over, plus we all know those walkers can be quite grabby under water. and btw Bonnie comes out sooo late.

fair enough

okay look at jane's fingers in that picture...
...what the fuck is wrong with them. she's only bending the top section!! xD!
Ewwwww you're right, hahahaha.
i dont know i got that photo from lilacsbloom i just grabbed it from a convo lilacbloom was having about stupid logic because it said realism
The animators didn't notice they moved the fingers wrong.
Well thats the least of the problems with season 2
Tell me about it...
haha
Depends on the caliber but even still if it was a .22 it can still kill someone. I know someone that was killed by a .22. Did they even look.
Dude, dude, I posted this in the thread already XD
Really? My bad, I didnt see that xD
Anyways, it's worth posting a second time
Clem is telling joke for Kenny in CWFZ (clearing world from zombies) and they remember old hard days. Funny?
Yea when i saw him post this i was like uh deja vu much?
They never mention the town again because the story got rewritten from Kenny Vs Luke, which was going to take place at the big church you can see.
Aren't the rifles .22's?... They still kill you though
Oh don't worry.
Clem's dad was an engineer.
It's in her blood. Totally justified now, right?
