Now if she breathed in the cold water of course then you're screwed, but Bonnie was in for about a good 3 or so minutes before Clementine dropped in (assuming they didn't breathe in the cold water), to which she stayed in a good minute before being taken out by Jane.

Lee survived the car crash in episode 1 without wearing a seatbelt! Seriously he was bouncing all over the place inside the cop car lol. The worst he got was a injured leg.

Walking acro… moress the ice in Ohio is just not realistic, if Wellington is supposed to be in Ohio or Michigan, the ice doesn't get cold enough to be frozen solid for grown adults to walk on.
When Jane leaves in episode four, regardless on your choice on whether you decide to leave early or not, She saves the day during the shootout.

So... both Luke and Jane clearly have guns with them in the scene at the trailer park. We know they are fully loaded since they're used to fight off walkers at the observation deck. Was there any reason at all that no one suggested shooting Sarah instead of leaving her in the trailer to get eaten???
A House Divided - Walkers only start to hit on the cellar door when you interact with it. (if you helped Nick instead of Pete)
In Harm's Way - Carver finding out about the radio plan if Clementine never gave luke the radio.
Starved for Help - Walker appears under the moving tractor even through the walkers from fence were already dead.
Starved For help 2 - It turns from daytime to nighttime as soon Lee enters the barn.

I think it's closer to 7-8 minutes in frigid water before you die
