There was a confirmed season two but will be released in 2016 because Telltale wanted to
focus on The Walking Dead season 3 and also wanted to finish Game of Thrones

After a abysmal season 2, TT makes s3 of TWD while TWAU was such a great game yet it doesnt get another season, just shows how money dominates everything. Its sad fables doesnt have the luxury of being popular through tv show.

I'm sure a lot of people would assume THAT reason. Personally, I'd love to see another Wolf season. I'm an avid comic reader, and I've read both TWD and Fables, and there is SO much in those universes that they could go anywhere. There's a reason that Fables had 6 spinoff comic series, from Fairest to Jack of Fables. MORE WOLF AMONG US! I DEMAND IT! Telltale, while you're at it, pick up another comic series like Sandman or Y The Last Man or Preacher!

To flip the question around: why does TWAU need a second season? If you want more of the Fables world and characters, go read the comics. If you want more of TWAU's gameplay, go play Telltale's other stuff.
And no, the "cliffhanger" ending should not be resolved, Season 2 or not. They left it deliberately ambiguous to keep the player thinking. They even gave you the option to pursue Nerissa or not. For those, like me, who chose to let her go, forcing us to discover her secret ruins the game's final choice. I decided that she deserved to have her secrets, and that it wasn't really Bigby's business at that point, since the Crooked Man was defeated. For those that did decide to pursue her, after all this time any explanation Telltale gives is going to fall short of their own theories. If Season 2 does happen, it should be a completely new story.
That would be awesome! But what would be the story about? I believe there are still many things we yet don't know about this first season, for example: Nerissa's bow, she didn't took it off after everything finished, she repeated quotes from Faith, and she was going to leave just like that!, and when the doctor was trying to identify Faith and said he needed to run more tests, I believe there's something there that needs to be explained, and that's why this game needs a second season...
You have to remember that Telltale are currently working on Game of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands. While I do not forsee a "the Wolf among Us" season 2 in the immediate future, I do foresee it being announced sometime from very late 2015 onwards. We simply must keep hold what little patience the first world affords us

The website you read that off of is full of lies and red herrings...
We've heard this information too many times already!
That "news" comes from a clickbait website and is 100% fake. Only believe information directly from Telltale via their Twitter, Facebook, or Blog.
Yeah, sorry for being so aggro with it, but this info has surfaced about 4 times in the past from different users :P
Oh alright then I just thought it was pretty reasonable but I guess not
Lol I didn't know
Lol I've been informed
Lol yea it's cool I understand how annoying it can be
Update:
It's almost 90% of positive votes...
My heart is bleeding...

What happens tomorrow?
Something nobody expect... it's going to be Tuesday! and last day of March at the same time! OoOoOo
sorry to disappoint
To be honest The Wolf Among Us doesn't need a Season 2.
And why not? Please don't use TWD Season 2 as a comparison either!
That is simply a matter of opinion, there are those who preferred S2 over TWAU.

So was the big reveal:
TWAU comic issue 17 getting released a day early??

I really don't know, but it certainly looks like no at the moment.
But...
