Clem and the Journey for Stickey
Nail polish?
My Clem won't smoke pot, so no.
If i was in the ZA, i would use every tool in my tool box to make me feel better.
Drugs are bad M'kay.
As @CrazyGeorge said....
Aaaand those 2 scenes of Clem boozing it up, except I think I deleted the screen caps by accident a while ago and I'm too lazy to google it....
Ahh this picture causes pain to my eye's... People (excecly kid's) shouldn't smoke its very unhealthy...
VAPE IT
Probably not...Wellington doesn't seem like they're keeping a stash Goods behind those walls....
I don't think having weed or any kind of mind-altering substance is at the top of most people's priority lists when you have to sleep with one eye open
Weed would be huge in the ZA, how else does your everyday Joe deal with the new stresses of life. Imo would be a world of addicts.
Yes! This is what I was on about. Clem should use any means available to chill.
Riiiight.... With a name like yours I think other things should worry you more....

Where's the weed!?
You forgot bad M'kay
weed is huge now, but there are other ways to deal with life's hardships than using drugs. It's one thing to use weed(or other drugs) for recreation...but it becomes a problem(especially for the user) once they start being used as a coping mechanism...just like, drinking to relax after a hard day's work or on a fun night out is fine, but if you're drinking b/c you're depressed, then that's not good way to cope
I think ZA communities are growing weed, it would be more for more practical purposes...food, clothing, fuel, medicine etc...recreational use of weed would be secondary, if it's tolerated at all (we saw that in S2 when Bonnie says she got the rum bottle from Carver's stash at Howes....if Carver didn't want people to drink, he may have been hoarding alcohol for practical purposes...but knowing Carver, it was probably just another form of social control for his group)
and most of the time, Stoners in the media are typically shown to be absent minded and clumsy...so there's a stigma that weed would impair someone in the same manner that alcohol, heroin or other sorts of hard drugs do. But Wellington didn't seem like they were keeping any green behind those walls, but then again, who knows
Substance abuse would be out of control in a depressing world, and i'm not just talking about weed. Anything that would get people high , people would abuse the heck out of. Why wouldn't they, they live in a world where everyone they loved is either dead or in danger every day. Come on. seriously.
Well because the media says its true obviously it must be :}
lol oops
Drugs wouldn't be big in the ZA... Survival would depend on the smartest, strongest, and toughest. Drunks, and addicts would get picked off by zombies, or other survivors in the first couple of years.
Clementine is smart. She wouldn't use drugs knowing it would cloud her judgment. In the ZA the moment you let your guard down is the moment you get killed.
Yes they would be, it would be huge. If you are living in a world where you can die the tomorrow, why wouldn't you take drugs to escape. Come on, people would abuse whatever they could get.
I disagree, it all depends on the person. Anyone can get killed, having a substance abuse problem doesn't give you a death sentence in the ZA, that logic is faulty.
A drug is a weakness. In a world where only the strongest, and smartest survive every weakness will be fatal.. All resources should be about survival. Today we have all kinds of government safety nets to help people. In a world where it is ultimate survival of the fittest drunks, and druggies won't survive. They aren't the fittest, which is why they are using drugs.
I'm not dissing someone who has issues, and has an escape. In this world you can do that. I'm talking about the fictional world with a real ZA.... I'm not trying to be personal when talking about the "fittest".
I guess I should've elaborated more on my stoner comment...what I mean is...a stereotype of people who smoke weed is that they are often clumsy and absent-minded...keeping that in mind, with a threat like zombies, I think a lot of communities wouldn't want people to be using substances that alter their state of mind in any way when you need people to be alert and aware of what's going on around them.
now, do I personally think that stereotype is true? No, but a lot of people do believe that stereotype.
I'm just saying I think access to drugs would be a lot harder and given the environment, I don't recreational drug use is going to be a top priority for most people...I'm not saying that people wouldn't use drugs, but I think communities like Wellington would want to keep people sober in case anything should happen
"You are not safe. No matter how many people are around or how clear the area looks. No matter what anyone says or what you think. you are not safe. It only takes one second. One second and it's over." - Rick Grimes.
@Incest-For-The-Win
In a world where you're constantly dealing with atrocities, I'd say why not raise the bar from pot? A little "nose clams" to keep your mind sharp and focused is my answer.
See, it's kid friendly you neigh-sayers.
Diabetes need insulin to survive, are diabetic people weak? Another point is most violent crime is fueled by substance abuse, it would be a way to cope with the horrible acts people would have to do to survive.
Drug use, rape, and every other dredge on society would be abundant in the ZA.
No, people with Diabetes are not weak, but they are definitely at more of a disadvantage than people without Diabetes (in the context of a ZA)
where's the evidence to back that claim up...I think this claim is inaccurate and biased. There are many types of violent crimes and plenty of extremely violent crimes that lack the involvement of drug abuse
Drugs are bad for you but weed is good for you M'kay
