I'm not comfortable with people who have guns and can't use them properly.
Even though he's one of my favorite characters that came out of Season Two, (besides Jane) I can agree he was kind of an idiot for killing Matthew like that and almost shooting Clementine back in Episode one. (Also, almost shooting Luke in A House Divided).
Possibly my favorite character in the entire franchise, i curse telltale for killing him off day after day. He's one of the most relatable characters ever and i love how he cares more about others than himself. I would seriously forgive telltale for pretty much all other issues with season 2 if he survived the season or at least made it towards the end of episode 5.
I liked him...when he wasn't fucking up. It bounced back and forth for me. Accidently almost killing Clem, offering alcohol to Clem, and then killing Mathew were big no nos in my book, but other than all that he seemed alright.
Because he was one of the few characters we actually got to talk to and stuff. Only five or so new characters get much time for development (him, Luke, Sarah, Rebecca and Jane) and they're all fairly polarizing.
To be fair, Rebecca can also try to grab the gun out of Nick's hand and the gun goes off by accident, though I think it's hilarious when everyone turns around and blames him in that scenario.

I know that scenario can play out, but 2/3 ways the gun goes off in that situation is Nick's fault. But it is hilarious when Rebecca grabs the gun and she blames it on him lol.

I liked him to a point, because of his tragic issues of the past, and for his hilarious portrayal of Carlos but when he died, what else can i do other than shrug my shoulders and say,
IMO he wasn't a bad character, just written out of the story, to make way for Kenny Chronicles, so you have to remember the ENTIRE WRITING changed at episode two. They left some parts in because they didn't feel like changing it, or they liked it, but once it was decided it was S1 Rehash, everyone's fate was sealed.
I didn't dislike Nick, but he was unstable like Lilly, hence him killing Matthew the way her did. I'm surprised he lasted as long as he did to be honest
Agreed. In a way i kinda treated him like, the "Ben" that actually does stuff for the safety of the group, but it ends up doing more bad than good for them. (Quite similar to Kenny)
offering alcohol to Clem
I don't know why but whenever someone mentions Nick, this is the first thought that pops into my head xD

At first I didn't like him, cause he didn't like Clem, but as I kept playing, I started to really like his character. He's just emotionally damaged, but I feel like they killed him because they had no more use for him.

Best character of season 2 for me.
He was really awesome
I didn't like the man, honestly. I'm not comfortable with people who have guns and can't use them properly.

He was annoying and I was mean to him

Way over hyped IMO kind of a Kenny situation where the fanbase kind of turned him off for me.
I liked him. He was cute and fairly realistic. Wish we could have protected him, like Pete determinately asks you to.

Seriously? Is your only reason for coming on this forum to post that stupid petition for the 1 millionth time? I don't mean to offend you but still...

Whatever.
He is a garbage bin and was a detriment to the group glad he died better off without him
P.S i feel this way about alot of S2 characters

He saved my ass and was a loyal friend to me. Yep, I liked him.

One of the best characters in the series. Shame, he had so much potential

I'm not a huge fan of Nick but I accept at this point, most of the people you meet are somewhat broken. Not a fan of his actions.
