So lately since I like Marvel's movies I've been learning more about the DC Cinematic Universe (Movies) and based off what I've heard here's some early predictions.
The solo films coming up for the different superheroes will not be origin stories.
The Joker and Harley Quinn (If not the whole Suicide Squad) will find a way to run off and that will be the set up for the confirmed solo Batman film without a release date yet.
From what I've heard, Amy Adams is going to be playing Louis Lane in Dawn of Justice and the Justice League Part 1 but it doesn't say anything about Part 2 and forward so this leads me to think that Louis Lane will die in the Justice league Part 1.

Agreed. I'm a little conflicted out of my love for Chris Pratt... but I don't want anyone else portraying Indy. Remember at the end of the 4th, where Mutt picked up Indy's hat and was about to put it on? That's the scene that made me realize I didn't want anyone else portraying him.
