Clementine don't interest me no more, so i will not be buying season 3 if she's the main character. But I love comic Michonne so i will be getting this. The trolls are upset they are not getting everything they want
I would consider the reaction on this forum to the Michonne DLC mixed compared the overall negative reaction that Minecraft initially got.
I can understand that some people might not be as interested if they haven't read the comics or like the show but some people do jump to conclusion thinking it might be bad before seeing the game in action (this applies to minecraft too).
Looking at other places like The Walking Dead Game Facebook page there is also a mixed reaction with negative comments stating that they would much rather have a Clementine DLC or Season 3 over the Michonne DLC.

So... instead of filling the gaps with the game characters (Lilly, Christa, Kenny, 400 days), they decided to fill the gap of a comic book character who's... like what.. the fourth female-badass-zombie-survivalist in this game...? okay
I see this as bait for TV or comic fans, since season 2 of the game was bad...
So instead of 1, we're getting THREE episodes inbetween seasons 2 and 3, and people are bitching? Clem's story will be continued in season 3. I think it's great we get a story about people outside the main story after the awfulness of the 400 Days characters 'impact' on Season 2. Plus as an avid reader of the comics it will be cool to see what's going on.
I think too many people are confusing Show Michonne with Comic Michonne. She's way more awesome in the comics!
Season 2 Clementine was unrealistic. she beat grown men in fights as a little girl. Clem was a leader of a group of grown man and woman. Season 1 Clem is the one everyone truly loves, she's not a character, she's a plot device.

Yeah, let's just forget all that help she got from using the environment, objects she found around her, and the walkers to help her win. Look at the fight with Winston, it's not like she actually stood her ground and fought like an adult, she tried running, which is what a little girl like her should do. And when that didn't work, she had to try and fight back in self defense, and it's not like she was winning the fight, it's not like she was trying to kill him, all she was trying to do was get away. The only reason she did win was because walkers got in the way, so I can't really see what part of that fight is unrealistic, she was just using what she had available not to fight back, but to get away and hide, and he ended up dying because of walkers.

No she wasn't, she didn't make decisions on where the group should go, she didn't lead anyone, she was just a member of the group. Sure they had her do some things, some of which was unrealistic (the door and the wind turbine), but other stuff, such as getting the radio, turning on the PA, and crawling through a ticket booth because of her size is all things only she can do, and stuff she has done before (remember the freezer at the St. John's, or the doggy door in Savannah). They may have asked for her input on a situation and what she thinks, but it's not like they said, "Clem, tell us and lead us where to go."

Yes, I do love her in Season 1, but I love her even more after Season 2, I feel more attached to her character and, after Season 2, she has become my favorite fictional character. I even preferred playing as her then I did Lee, and I loved playing as Lee. So while I love her in Season 1, the Clem I truly love is the Season 2 Clem, but it doesn't really matter, Clem is Clem, we shouldn't divide it between S1 and S2 Clem. Yeah she may act different in Season 2, but she's still Clementine.

Hmm curious how this will work in my case. I don't see Vita on the list of devices that are being supported by the DLC but that was where I played Walking Dead Season 2. Will I be able to play this without having to buy a second copy of Season 2 for my PS4?

Lee had better character development then that walking plot device. He gets little love. That tells all you need to know.
