    Glad it worked! Should be working for most folks now - tho the files might still be propagating to the servers so if it doesn't work, try back in an hour or so. Sorry about this, folks - we are always trying to get better! -caryl

  • Hello, my ipad air with the latest iOS and also the latest update of the app still does not work Episode 2, the circles do not appear

  • Same problem here just bought the episode today on an iPhone 6 plus. Can't progress past eye scanner no clickables. Seeing how this problem hasn't been fixed I deleted the game and requested a full refund from apple. Well done telltale, I'm not coming back.

    @elsupermarcos and @Ceowayneentprse We resolved this particular issue with a Sync update that you should receive when starting the game while connected to a WiFi network. If you are currently experiencing the issue, can you please clarify what version your game apps are currently updated to? Also, do you currently also have Episode 3 installed in-game?

  • Please Help! I am using iPhone 6 - The game is updated to the latest version 1.3 and I have closed all background apps and restarted my phone. My phone is connected to a wifi network. Tried everything and still the interactive dots don't show up!! I have been stuck at the retinal scanner portion of Episode 2 for ages!! I am just furious and disappointed. I also tried uninstalling and re-installing Episode 2 and still the same thing happens. Am i missing something here?

    Could you please clarify if you currently have Episode 3 installed? If so, please try deleting it from the in-app Episodes page, and then try starting Episode 2 again and see if you are able to successfully select the items in the room and progress in the episode.

  • I am also having the same issue with not being able to interact with the environement. The game is v1.3, I am connected to wifi using an iPad Air, I don't have episode 3 installed and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the episode and restarting my iPad. Nothing works, any help would be appreciated. I am in the U.K.

    @Dairyqueen and @tomsom87 Can you please clarify when you originally downloaded the game app from the App Store? Was it back when the game first released, or more recently? I recommend try deleting the game app from your device, then re-download it from the App Store, and the first time you start the game application make sure that you are connected to a WiFi network, and you should not experience the issue again.
