It's said to be 16 months after the end of season 1 not counting the amount of time it took for Christa to show her pregnancy. I'd say she's closer to eleven years old. Her still being nine is impossible.
9 years and 6 days old in no time left, 8 month gap between no time left and the start of all that remains, then another 16 month gap. That is 24 months so she is just barely 11 years old.
it only says clementines age in the first season so therefore you know at the end of the first season it was only 3 days after her birth day if im correct therefore days shouldnt matter enless it went a specific amount of days but i believe it is 3 months but im not sure they tell you in some wierd way like if you said something in the first season as lee i believe omid and christa say only ____ amount of time till ____ cant remember what though but they restate that in the second season and say only ____ amount of time till ____ something keeps making me think a baby im about to play the second season now

And of course, she is so tall and looks a little bit older. + When you go to give Jane a shot of whiskey or what was in that battle she says that she was a little bit older than Clem. And if I'm not wrong, she says that she was 13 years old. And a little bit old >> 11-12 years old :P
