But Watson, You want to discredit people's views with your views as if they are facts. So obviously you are not Sherlock Holmes yourself...
Never said I was, cupcake. Also I'm not discrediting opinions.
They already have the show (and soon, the spin-off)
As long as those two things continue, I don't think money's going to be the slightest issue for them. Maybe they just wanted to do a close-knit project with Telltale for once? Maybe they don't think that everything Telltale currently does is a complete abomination that ruins whatever franchise it's attached to, and actually trust them with the story enough to let them play with it
Seriously, I don't get how one blight in the form of S2 is somehow enough to completely and utterly tarnish Telltale's resume beyond saving, and enough for people to write them off as a bunch of incompetents incapable of being trusted with anyone's IP. I just don't.
Season 2 didn't meet most people's (INCLUDING ME) expectations (plot was messy af, poor character development, cheap death shock value, dull… more protagonist, choices barely mattered, etc). I was embarrassed playing it, I felt as if it had "failed" twd s2's predecessor. It had flaws that i believe would have Lee turning in his grave...
Like @Only_Jags said, we can only hope for it's successor to be better.
And to everyone saying s2 was "great" well that's your opinion, to me it was the exact opposite. But you have to admit, the VAST majority of people that played TWD games prefer s1 over s2. The ratings make this sorta clear.
On my first playthrough I was really hoping to get along with carver. I actually agreed with him somewhat, and I hoped that I could get him to like Clementine. I kinda liked Troy too, well if he didn't hit me and all.
That's another thing that disappointed me. They introduced characters that had potential, yet then killed them off for shock value.

I was hoping that I would get some time to learn more about carver and what happened to their safe place after 400 days. That's why we need at least 8 episodes

Carver had some good points, but his presentation was pretty bad, imo. I fell in love with Jane the moment she shot Troy in his...sensitive spot, but I agree on everything else.

Yeah exactly. Idk what happened but they had good characters and.. Yeah idk
Kinda off topic but I just thought about it, and the only ppl we saw die from the hoarde attack were Troy and carver. I'm kinda hopin Tavia and the rest left and survived somewhere else.
But cmon now, carver was right. He said what Jane said. That Clem isn't like the others, and that they're the strong ones and all that jazz.

So you ignored the part where I said afterward " but opinions i guess" as in "to each their own". I get the feeling had i said "it was" you wouldn't be bothering me with this "discredit opinions" nonsense.

In your original post, you stated that "it wasn't" as if the people s… moreaying s2 wasn't the best were wrong.
And when I say you are no Holmes yourself, I'm saying that you didn't word your post like you were saying an opinion, or as you claim it to be.

Well said

Alright, I agree with that.

When you said opinions you were reffering to the people's opinions who are opposite of yours.
Believe me, I really could care less how you feel, and I'm not even being mean.
And I'm done, this is obviously going no where.
