If Telltale brings her back it'll be for a direction in the story they want to take not because fans want her back. Don't get me wrong I really want Lilly to return as well.
But to answer ur question, I do think telltale will look at it and consider it. Hopefully they didn't leave mystery exits for chatcters like lily, molly, and Christa just to have them die off screen and not matter anymore.
If they bring Lilly back, I hope they make her come back decently (she will be well written as in Season 1, her death won't be lame, etc.)
I think the other Lilly would make for a better character.

It needs 1000 though, I doubt Telltale would even consider it even if it passed it's goal, but considering it hasn't even reached that yet I heavily doubt it matters in the slightest to them :P

In the Waling Dead universe, there's 4 adaptions of the Character Lilly, There's a comic,tv , video game, and novel version of Lilly. The other Lilly i'm referring to the Lilly from Walking Dead: Fall of The Governor novel. She has a Hipster personality and is one of those characters that aren't brave at the start of the outbreak, but becomes a badass in the Walking Dead: Descends novel.

I know some game company actually cancelled a game, because of a petition. I can't remember the name of the game, i think it was on the Wii U.
As long as they don't Kenny it, and try to connect all the dots in some magical way, i'm fine with it. If they decide to make a game with Lilly, Leave Clementine out of it. It would make ABSOLUTELY zero sense if they ran into each other. I hate Kennying the game.
I don't think that the petition makes any difference.
Personally I only want Lilly back if it makes the story better. Despite the fact that I like the character* I don't want her back if she has to be shoehorned into the story.
*I actually liked both her and Kenny and tried to balance between the two of them.
That's about how much people are probably going to buy S3 so yeah.
I doubt a petition will work, but I wouldn't mind seeing Lilly back. Just let it flow naturally into the story and hope she dosn't remember that we left her on the side of a road.
