If we don't get an adult clementine, then I don't think she should continue as MC.
Everyone gets attached and forgets that it's the walking dead. Let's get an Alvin story goin on then... Matter of fact what about Glenn? He just left in season 1 episode 1 (and I heard it was to meet with Ricks group or some bullshit like that, and that's bullshit)
Telltale kinda killed Clementines character with season 2 and I wouldn't be surprised to see her leave with it.
And for ppl that say they would leave of clementine leaves.. Good riddance. You should be here for telltale and they're story-telling. That's what brought us here in the first place.
The game exists in the comic universe and the comics aren't that far in the future for there to be an adult Clem, so it's not gonna happen.

Agreed 100%
I wonder if TT will have every character in S3 be a pro at living in the ZA? No more weakling characters who can't hold their own (excluding AJ the baby). It's been a bit since this whole thing started and it's gotta be time for people to get busy living or get busy dying.
Yep. Not to keep beating on a dead horse, but Season 2 did fall short for me, so I wasn't that hyped when it ended. But I am starting to get… more excited again, the game series is still great and I'm looking forward to what Season 3 and Michonne has in store.
I'll eagerly buy Season 3 if it continues Clem's story. If not, playing TWD was fun while it lasted, but I'm out. I'm just not interested in… more playing a new MC in TWD. The idea of starting over from scratch cheapens the ground work laid down by the last two seasons, somehow. The lack of emotional resonance and the blatant disregard of what came before is the same reason why I won't play TWD: Michonne. (I didn’t like her in the series and I don’t read the comics.) There's no point in investing yourself and your hard earned money in something you don't care about.

I feel like Clem got her story ruined because there was the three options to end the season... Which in a sense are three ways to end her story.
Instead of having to choose Lees fate, and still having to walk through the same door, we chose our own fate and chose different doors. I just don't see how they can keep our decisions and keep Clem.
I dont understand why they would consider having another main character. Clemintine is beloved, an argument can be made that her story ende… mored at the end of S2. I might have been ok with that, but S3 was announced over a year ago. They should have waited to announce S3 till more info was provided. I like Michone, but to throw her in before S3 was terrible timing.
We just have to hope that the DLC, or at least michonnes actions have no tie to the season 3, unless it ties the game together through the ppl she encounters on her way, I'd hope we get a flashback of her when she was with her boyfriend and son, so we can see more about her.
And in between character development, we could chop zombie heads off.
Just to add to what Blind Sniper said i also think it's good that they are making the Michonne game to keep the Walking Dead on peoples mind… mores, during a interview at E3 Job Stauffer (who is Telltale's head of creative communications) said season 3 is still "a long ways off" and that season 3 is "considerably larger and a more significant undertaking for the studio" which makes me think they want to make it bigger than season 2 so might need more time to work on it.
Hopefully while they develop the Michonne mini series they can also use the time to work hard and make season 3 a awesome game as Walking Dead is their most popular title and i don't think they will want to rush it out the door because of demand.
im not too fussed about the DLC but season 3 i want right now xD
Yeah, me too, but the Telltale wants to work on it longer, order to it was better for the season 1 and 2. In the meantime, we have a series of Michonne. I am sure you will like it and after one episode, you'll want more

Already SOON! ;>
Hate to get my own hopes up for the statement about it being bigger and such...but I think that may imply that whatever ending you got in S2 will actually carry over. There will not be a canon chosen path or anything. I believe TTG has never had a game that allowed more than a single ending to happen, so it may take a lot of time to design/program/other stuff. I don't wanna get my hopes up...but I wanna get my hopes up!!!!
Anyway, I also disagree! I liked the TV series to a point and enjoy the comics.

I think considerabley does not mean more episodes. I think it will have more playable characters. The playable character(s) should either be clementine because her story will probably be told or lily. I really want her story to be revealed and the choice of leaving her behind could completely affect. The reason why I do not think the first episode will follow the multiple endings is because telltale does not want to have every single choice affect the first episode. Start the same but in the later episodes have your choices start to matter.
There are some people (including myself) who believe that the girl who kills the governor and takes the prison from rick is Lily (from the games).
Since we don't know what happens after, she could actually appear on season 3
Let's hope so!

But it's telltale, they'll find a way
Was originally planned to be when they wrote Lilly in season 1, but then Robert Kirkman wrote Road to Woodbury and they had to change it. Seriously, one of the original achievements when you abandon Lilly was, On the Road to Woodbury
Well, our opinion there is completely the opposite, I'd love for Clem to be the protagonist in Season 3. But that's Okay. It's your opinion.
However, I absolutely disagree with "Clem should have died". I mean, why should I care for any protagonist they come up with, if I know they are going to die? Who cares how I am gonna act as the new protagonist, he/she is gonna die anyway. Who cares whether or not I am letting my char do terrible or awesome things. Nah. People are complaining anyway that people die too often. For me, at some point there has to be a stop. it's okay to kill of all those secondary character (in a meaningful way, that is), but at the very least the player got to have the feeling that what they are doing has consequences.
Exactly, the comics universe is so far past the game, that I don't even compare them anymore...
But honestly man, it's not about Clem any… moremore. It's about the game going back to its roots and doing what it does best: story-telling.
And Clem's story has been told. She had to have died...
Welcome to The Walking Dead, where there is no hope and everyone dies. Until Kirkman ends his comic or show in a way that labels hope for humanity, the basis of the story is that you survive as long as possible until you can't.
But I also thought of many different scenarios that could happen in season 3 that includes clem. But if we wanted to fall in love with telltale and their storytelling again, we have to stop caring about clem so much and move to the next story. But then again, they could make it work... Im not sure

When did Telltale decide to change the layout to their website? It looks awesome man.
Well the new layout just came out of nowhere yesterday, people refreshed and poof, there it was.

Waiting patiently to see if Clementine sticks around.

I must be gone longer periods of time than I thought. I'm gonna have to visit more often. You guys are awesome.
I just hope they don't make Michonne into some OP zombie killer. I wanna see more of her story, not just her slicing zombies all game
I think the same way too. but I'm willing to play, after all it's a TT game and we can expect a nice plot.
How can you not like Michonne?
If you didn't like her in the show you'd hate her in the comics.
I feel like Clem got her story ruined because there was the three options to end the season... Which in a sense are three ways to end her story.

I think it'd be nice to see Christa back, perhaps her reuniting with Clem somehow
mine too!
You know who are awesome?
Read the first word!
BlueTeam
Were awesome of course #TeamBlue , how are you coping with the wait chef? im not too fussed about the DLC but season 3 i want right now xD

I just finished Season 1 and loved it. About to play the 400 Days DLC and Season 2. What do they mean by "considerably larger"?
Possible reference to the Cat Lady I think..
I hate that rule! So I guess if she is the protagonist, we'll be playing as a little kid.
I think it will be a great influence... from endings, if you do not know a lot of them at the end of Season 2.
Quickly run away, because here the spoilers!
Enjoyed this amazing game!
Yeah, that would be nice I'd loved to see Christa again.
if Lilly shows up in the dlc and Michonne kills her i will explode with fury xDDDD ....soon ;D
does anyone remember the first layout??? it was like an old brown paper bag theme lol with strings..sort of like you get at a liquor store xD
..and Omid! ;P

I haven't followed the comics so spoiler marking.
I DON'T think she has died in the comics yet or anything. Anyone know by chance? I've not read in a while..
...nope.
She's still alive of course in #145
Jurrasic Park have 2 endings
Sam and Max: The Devil's Playhouse also had two endings.
I missed out on Jurassic Park and also I think I do own that Sam and Max.
