  • Really surprised that people don't like Gared. In my opinion he started out as a blank slate and I've transformed him into the most honorable, capable Telltale character I've ever played. I would honestly let him be Lord of Ironrath at this point.

Mira is frustrating, Rodrik's chapters are nerve wracking, and Asher hasn't hit his prime.

  • rod and mira <3

  • Mira's POV is my favourite, and the others change places depending on the episode. I really enjoyed playing as Gared on the first three episodes, but not as much on episode 4 and 5. I loved Asher's parts on episodes 2, 3 and 5, and Rodrik's parts on episodes 3 and 4 were cool too. Mira is the only one that I enjoyed to play on every episode, even if her part on episode 5 was weaker than on other episodes IMO.

  • Yes! I totally agree! Gared's story has so many twists, and the North Grove mystery is the most exciting thing in the game (because we do not know it from books).

    I Actually loved all characters
Asher: Because i got to see Mareen and yunkai and asher fights alot
Gared:The north grove is interesting and because i always loved the wall and north of the wall the most and because there was a couple of fighting scenes
Mira: Only loved how she grow from handmaiden to a spy-like women and how she discovered some things
Rodrick: Was nearly useless most times for me don't know why but had alot of good time with him
Ethan : He was fun to play but maybe i didn't like him alot because he was only in one episode

  • Rodrik's storyline is the most compelling to me, to stay strong in the face of degradation and the menace of the Whitehills exterminating your family. All the while, biding time waiting for the opportunity to seek out revenge.

  • I think ashers storyline is the most compeling he pretty much was the start of the fued and I think hell be the end of it I think tht ashers and gwyns love will play a crucial part in the story wether hes dead or alive the reason ashesrs is so interesting to me is you take a man who was exiled for loving the bitter rivals daughter lived in esos his whole life and became a changed man. he met beshka and a lot f other interesting people the 1 thing tht stands out to me the most is everyone says they will follow him the most out of all the brothers. I think this is not because hes prideful not becasue hes diplomatic because he honorable and smart he has a hot temper but sometimes thts ok u need to be able to make rash decisions like tht as a leader . but I think saving him and having him become the new lord of the house aswell will put a spin on the story and gwyns story especially might make it harder for here to manipulate him

  • Gared Tuttle.

  • i agree completely they portrayed him as a gnuined badas in th start plus he has a more bad ass beard than roderic his just make him look dangerous

Roderick does seem like hed be the right choice but if u ask me the asher& gwyn story seems more legit to me and asher is just a genuine bad ass how many people can headbut a big dude like the beast and get away with it plus hes seems more lordly to me hes had more time to see the world and devlop all of his skills Roderick just stayed in highpoint and either looked like a coward or a douche i think the peaceful route with Roderick does make him look cowardl but in the end when my asher is lord the white hills will prolly be thrown more off guard now

  • well technically the whithills didn't exterminate all r family the only one tht killed any up to episode five was ramsay. the white hills are just ass hole yeah gryph ws there when Roderick or asher died but he didn't put the sword in him harys did and yeah he may be one of his soilders but just because somone orders it doesn't make them responsible if the white hills were murders ludd would've killed ryon when he had the chance or any of the others my opion is gwyn will say the same exact thing all they want is ironwood and hes not against taring ur family apart but until episode six u cant say the the whitehills murdered ur family cause they didn't everyone else did

  • You are correct that they haven't killed any Forrester's themselves until Episode 5, but they are always threatening to destroy the Forresters and using it to force them into obedience. The way I've been playing Rodrik, I have taken a lot of umbrage to the way that my house has been humiliated (and even been nasty to Gwyn, although I as the player know she's just trying to help). Role playing that attitude has been very compelling to me, even if it might not be entirely reasonable.

  • I like playing as Mira, but then again King's landing is an interesting place, with all the plotting and secrets.

  • I actually like Ethan the most and I would have loved to see how it all worked out to this point with Ethan as the lord. I find it just very interesting how it all would have worked out with him as the young leader in my opinion it would have been much more interesting with hi, leading the Forresters.

  • My favorite to play as is Asher

  • :)

My favorite to play as is Asher

  • Rodrik, I like making grand (even though they mean nothing) decisions and see what it's like to be the head of a Westerosi house.

  • but she has no role in 5th episode

  • My favourite Character was hands down, Asher. He has a great sense of humour.
"What in the Gods of Fire and Fuck" to Malcolm
"Thanks for noticing the beard" to bloodsong

  • Mira. I love playing as Mira. Flirting with Morgryn is fun. Sneaking around, being a detective is fun. Telling Andros to not be "so dramatic" and then smirking devilishly was a kick.

  • That doesn't make her not fun to play as. The question is which is your favourite character, not who had the strongest part in episode 5.

  • I like playing as Mira. She plays the Game of Thrones (it looks like it) but sometimes she doesn't know what she's into.

  • i used to like her though ... not anymore

  • My favorite to play as was Rodrick, eventhough he is now dead in my playthrough

  • because she is interesting than him

  • How? There's not even a combat in her story, I don't think I'm counting Damien

  • Gared has used more than one weapon, and he also has more use of his inventory items. I just think when it comes to useable characters, him and Mira are the most useful.

Asher and Rodrik (more Rodrik) are all about QTEs and dialogue. Name one inventory item Rodrik has? Asher only gets gold

  • I don't think you can say that until you know what happens in episode 6. The cersei and Tyrion scenes could end up being really important

But I agree with you, Gareds the only one who's used a bow and arrow

Mira is my favourite, but I love the backstabbing and politicking more than anything else in GoT.

Hatching plots and then scrambling to correct your position when the shit hits the fan is so much more fun to me then QTEs that involve swinging a sword.

Gared's probably my least favourite. It just seems like his story is so detached from the others. When I'm doing things with Gared it seems like it won't make a difference at all to the other characters. Hopefully that changes in episode 6.

  • And a spear.

  • can finally say that asher wins and he is the main protagonist ... so my choice isn't a wrong one :)
