These are all very good! But If I were to choose I would say the first and second one. They both show a lot of detail, balance and good techniques, I think they would stand out more.
I also think the moomin picture is very beautiful, but maybe lacks a bit of detail in the middle?
These are just my personal opinions though, hope I'm not making your decision harder . In the end it's you who decide!
