If you mean for next season, I'd assume killing Ludd would be worst for the Whitehills. He's a blow hard, and an asshole, but he knows how to lead men. Gryff cries and whines most of the time, and hides behind his men like a coward. Gryff has no experience and has the soul of a coward. Therefor leaving Gryff in charge of House Whitehill would be considerably worst for them.
On a personal note I enjoyed killing Gryff more because he is such a useless bastard, and a coward.

Gryff is more violent and ruthless so I feel good having him out of the picture and not as the new lord. Also we have no idea what Torrhen is like so it's better to play it safe and not depose the Lord we already know quite well.
Ludd. As much as I hate Gryff and would like nothing more than to stick his head on a spike, he's mostly a cowardly, incompetent ass of a warrior who couldn't lead his men out of a wet paper bag. And he's a fourth-born son, which means unless both his brothers somehow die before him, he'll be nowhere near a serious leadership position for a long time. Ludd on the other hand is the leader of the army and the head of his House, responsible for most of Forresters problems. Sure, killing him does not send Whitehills reeling from pain, but it's still more serious wound than just a fourth-born son in my opinion. That way, the Battle of Ironrath doesn't end in a complete Forrester defeat.
Also, the only way Torrhen would be worse from his dad and younger brother is if he enjoys eating kittens on a daily basis.
Ludd. Gryff is a fucking moron. honestly idk how to feel about the ending when it comes to those two assholes. if you let your mother drink the poison, Ludd dies (btw your mother dying either way was kinda ridiculous) if she doesnt Gryff bitch ass dies. i mean what really is the point of Gryff dying??? yes we all hate him, but he is a 4-6 th born. while Ludd is the leader of that house. so really there is no point in choosing to save Lady whitehill from drinking the poinson.
Do some people forget that Torrhen is the eldest son? If Ludd died, Gryff wouldn't be the new lord unless Torrhen died as well.
Also, something tells me Torrhen would be a lot more level headed than his father and younger brother. His first name alone makes it more likely. He's probably more along the lines of his sister Gwyn.

Well at first sight killing Ludd seem like the right thing to do , but the question you gotta ask yourself is if Torrhen is better than his father at tactics and at leading men . If it's the case , then killing Gryff is the better option since ludd would still be lord .
Killing Ludd bring more harm to the house. The problem is that his 1st born could be better leader.
Yet i killed Gryff. Since Ludd have some sense of honor, he hasnt kill Ryon. And harming him with death of favorite son should be the right thing. There is hope he will lost spirit at some point. After enought childrean dead he should be open to reason.
I m still hoping to woo Gwyn, and turn against Bolton.

Wasn't it just a bluff though? I recall Gwyn saying that while his brothers bullied Gryff constantly, it was Ludd who stood by his side and protected him every time. You can even call him on it during the dinner, when he threatens Ryon, calmly saying even he wouldn't dare risking him like that. And Ludd agrees.

Both, since by killing only one of them everybody gets the same ending.
Well Ludd, they said it in the game. (Except it didn't do anything to help the Forresters).

Ludd's death would hurt them the most but we have no idea what kind of leader Gryff or Torrhen would be.
yes, I mean for season 2
Well Gryff will be an amazingly cruddy leader but he's not the eldest son.

Killng Gryff leaves house Whitehill without a future leader.. Killing Ludd just lets Gryff become the leader earlier.

Killing Lard does more damage in my opinion, he the source of the Forrester's problems and killing him leaves the Whitehills without their lord.
As satisfying as killing Gryff is, he is just a whiny fourth born
All Whitehill kids are dead except for Gryff and Gwyn.. Do you even pay attention?
Nevermind, his status is unknown, sorry.

But gryff will just get replaced by his older brother who is Rodrik for the Whitehills in Season 2.
If you kill Ludd. Torrhen (Rodrik for Whitehill shows up)
If you kill Gryff then Torrhen becomes second in command.
Ludd being dead because if he dies, either Rodrik wins or it's a tie between Asher and Gryff
Ludd said he doesn't give a shit about his fourth born son Gryff.

If you choose Rodrik, I believe it should be Gryff who should die. If you choose Asher, then it should be Ludd.
