I feel so bad for her. It really showed how much she cared for each of her children, and to be killed by in such a horrible way (whether poisoned or stabbed by bitchface) is crushing. At least she went out like a champ, trying to save the remainder of her family.
Her choice to poison herself is one of the bravest things in the story. She doesn't blink, she knows what she's doing, and she will make sure Ludd will pay for what he did to her children. Iron from Ice indeed.

Agreed completely. Lady Forrester was extremely brave in episode 6, she was willing to sacrifice herself for her children. She either drinks the poison so Asher wouldn't have to, or stabs Harys when he is about to kill Asher/Rodrik
