Glenn's "death" scene.
When Eugene told Tara that he thinks she's hot but she rejects him by saying
Everytime Shane rubs his head.

Or
When Rick eye-fucks the camera

It's got to be Merle's death
Shane's death scene, it was really emotional for me.
Up until season 5 this was my favorite scene:

The entire second half of 'What Happened and What's Going On' (Tyreese's death), was just amazing...specifically the scene in the car.
But my favourite is probably after Rick leaves Carol, and as the other group drives home they're all looking out the windows in silence. Rick's clearly troubled and thinking stuff while driving, over a great song choice. I don't know why but I loved this scene.
Rick leaves Carol
"Liar."
That's a toughie. For me, it's a three way tie between the Governor's attack on the prison in Too Far Gone, Rick's rant in Try, and Glenn's fight with Nicholas in Conquer.
That scene where Morgan can't shoot his wife really tugged at my heart strings. That's when I realized that this wasn't going to be your typical zombie adventure where the characters are actually have fun putting these things down. A close runner-up is the last scene of Season 2 where the Ricktatorship is born. "This isn't a Democracy anymore...". So awesome.
Rick and Shane's fight in 18 Miles Out.
Merle's last stand. Merle is hands down one of the best characters in the show, and went out like a badass.
Morgan in Clear, the radio scene and when he tells Rick what happened.
Tyreese's final moments, from when they're trying to get him back to the truck as all the brutal moments flash before his eyes, and him finally accepting his fate.
The revolving door scene. I imagine Kirkman's hitting himself over the head for not thinking of something like this before.
Eastman telling Morgan about Crighton, and how he killed his family.
When Shane stabs Rick..
I cri everytime
I forgot about the Morgan one, that was a really good scene.

Why do I like this, Hershel's speech?
Because it reminds me that there is always a choice.
No, you cannot control everything that goes on around you, nor what happens to you.
But what is always a matter of choice is HOW YOU WILL ALLOW YOURSELF TO RESPOND TO IT.

I like Rick's speech here, because it reminds me that no matter what bad things I have done in my life, that I can ALWAYS become something better.

I like Rick's speech here because he makes an important point.
"Things don't get better because you want them to!"
And that is so true.
If you want your life to be better, or if you want to be a better person, you cannot sit around and wait for the moment to come when you are a better person, or when circumstances are better.
You have to be willing to put forth effort, to WORK for it.
And ONLY YOU can do that, nobody else can do that for you.

This is about the TV show.
When Shane breaks open the barn full of walkers and Sophia walks out and the group just stand there in shock. Really love the song that plays too, I'd post a video but they've all got music over the top.
I have one from each season, and to irritating I'm just going to use a quote from it.
Team prison vs team governor season 4 mid season finale.
When Carol saved them from Terminus
Season 2 finale when they were battling walkers
Lori giving birth
All of rick's season 5 speech.
Beth and Dawn " I get it now "
Eugene's confession
Glenn vs walker at Woodbury
'Next time you shoot me, you best pray I'm dead'
Also every darylXcarol moment ever, I think they're the only two characters from everything that I've truly wanted to be together
