She seems an approprite size to me. There can be a big gap in growth in that age range so two kids who are the same age dont look it. She will probably have a growth spurt soon.

Well, it is kind of shit how (s)he's treated here, just saying.
She is slender but I dont think she is undersized. I was short and thin at that age too.
Fortunately for you, you would not be the apocalypse zombies. Clementine is not a dwarf, but it appears at least two years, nine or so.
Of course she's little she's 11 years old. She has grown quite a bit trough out the series.
