NO NO NO please I do NOT want to have to play as a cute baby faced girl in a Walking Dead game ever again! Her accent doesn't even sound any… morething like an African American and her character sucked anyway along with everything else in S2.
Time for a fresh start!
Yeah I got to come out and admit I too thought she was of atleast asian mixed decent kid especially in the first game. Possibly supposedly African and Asian together. Part Korean maybe like Glenn.

I don't mind earthier way. Whatever tell-tale decides. Clementine is confirmed to be in series 3 so we will see her even if you don't play as her. As long as the story telling is a improvement from series 2 I will keep playing the walking dead, even if they decide to kill clementine I will still play it- I am addicted to the story telling in tell-tale games. As long as the story is fantastic and as long as it feels like your choices matter I will keep playing the walking dead series.
Seeing as how we've already played as Clem it'll be really annoying to change the story to someone elses perspective. Increasing her age to around 14 would be really cool since Ellie from TLOU was the same age and everything that she did was believable imo.
You are right about that, this thing has not really been mentioned before but yeah she does look like a kid version of Glenn at times especially with her hat on and wearing that stupid jacket.

Seems like a lot of people want her to be 14, but that's impossible because it would ruin the continuity with the Comic Series. So, I've got a solution for you all; hope that the Game gets delayed to 2020, and hope that the Comic has another time skip during that time.

I don't want to play as Clem because she was never really represented as a kid, she was always the most rational, level-headed, responsible, far-sighted, capable etc. character. She wasn't even treated as a kid by the other characters. I can only remember a handful of times where Clem's childlike naivety was shown (the one that comes to mind is the time when Bonnie, Mike and Luke were talking about 'kissy stuff', that was pure gold) the rest of the time it was 'Clem what do we do?', 'Clem we need you.', 'Clem make this decision for us.' blablabla...
The main concern I have with S3 is that Clem may be too old for Telltale to get away with doing stuff like that again but who knows?

Clementine and another character, familiar or not yet introduced. Like Fiona and Rhys from TFTB. I'd like them to slow down with adult Clem and let her be a kid still learning who has someone to guide her.

And it's not like somebody forced her to figure it out; she was the one who said "I can do it" while looking like having no idea what was happening, haha.
Play as both. I'd be fine if we play mainly as the character guiding Clem, and only give us control over her during unique moments that could change her one way or the other. It would prevent Clem from having to make all the important decisions that some felt unrealistic at such a young age while giving us someone new to play as. It could be a win-win for Clem fans, such as myself, and those who want someone new.

I wouldn't mind if Clem is no longer the protagonist or if they do things like GOT but only with longer episodes. I found Season 2 episodes were way too short.
I´ll never understand that weird fetish you American people have on races. My skin is darker than that Curry guy someone put a photo of, and more darker than Clems, yet nobody in their right mind will call me a black person, but since there was some black people in my family heritage if I were American I would be consider black and will call racist to anyone saying that I was not black. For a country that is a mixture of tons of races and cultures, you guys are pretty racist when compared to other countries. At least that´s my reading certainly.
And what is that talk about her not sounding African American? What is sounding like African American even means? Does she have to use slang words from New Yorkers like "yo dawg" or some bullshit like that??

She doesn't even look African American, shes so pale...what's up with that lol.
This is such a weird thing to say.
Being African American doesn't mean your skin has to be dark. Heard of Steph Curry???
Its not just the skin, she doesn't look African american at all. I thought she was Asian. Its no big deal really, just thought it was a bit odd.
Yeah I got to come out and admit I too thought she was of atleast asian mixed decent kid especially in the first game. Possibly supposedly African and Asian together. Part Korean maybe like Glenn.
What does her not sounding African American have anything to do with you not wanting playing with her?

I think that.s a great Idea.

Because it's unrealistic.

I want a new protagonist. Clem's character in season 2 was extremely bland IMO
They should've made her a bit darker.

motherfucker shut your mouth
that jacket is the pinnacle of post-apocalyptic fashion

I hate to say this but if tell-tale says that the game will delayed to 2020 there will most likely be a riot.
good point take a like.
Completely! I was just pointing out that there's no other possible way for Clem to be 14.
Yeah I agree on that, she does looks more Asian than African American at times.
I agree.
Clem is actually darker than Curry. Also, can you find Riley in this picture?
It is a bit out of line. The turbine thing was flat out rediculous as well as the bigby wolf door kicking nonsense
Clementine or we riot!!

so play as the character who is guiding her?

That's an interesting idea however I don't know if that has been point and click games. can you give an example of something like that?
Tales From the Borderlands and Game of Thrones have done character swapping.
oh like that. its good idea

sure no problem. ^^
What? Afro-American?? Isn´t she asian??
