First time I played the game I stayed at Wellington. Second time I stayed with Kenny. Staying with Kenny feels like the better ending for sure, but I still think that the Wellington ending is better. HOWEVER! Kenny tells you you're doing the right thing 3 times total. When you kill him, when you let him live but abandon him, and when you stay in Wellington. Because of this, I feel like you should ignore what Kenny says when he tells you you did the right thing, because his endings prove that completely wrong. Overall I think staying at Wellington is the better ending, but staying with Kenny is the better option.
I stayed with Kenny. Though it speaks volumes on how much Kenny cares for the two kids by telling Edith to let just those two into Wellington and let him leave, I couldn't bear to leave him behind. I felt like with everything he's lost up to that point, without somebody to stay alive for, he couldn't do it anymore.
@DarkViolet - you believe that kenny won´t/can´t protect clem and AJ because Katjaa and Duck died ?
In this case not even Lee could take care for her, because he died when his quest wasn´t finished.
I´n my 2 playtroughs I ended first in Wellington and then with Kenny- Jane wanted Clem to shoot Kenny, wanted to make him angry and her scared....
My first playthrough I ended with Clem, AJ and Jen at Howe's, but I don't liked the end so much and I replayed and ended with Kenny, I didn't accept stay in Wellington too, they could be worse than carver, I don't know those people, so I walked away with Kenny.. I liked this end and I'm very excited to what's gonna happen next in season 3.. Please, Clem needs to be the protagonist again.
Neither. I'm at Howe's with Jane.
Unlike Kenny, Jane is actually capable of protecting both Clem and AJ for that matter. Because no matte… morer how many times you call her a badass, she's still an 11 year old girl that needs someone to depend on.
How exactly do you expect Kenny to take care of Clem? He sure did an amazing job protecting Katjaa, Duck and Sarita, huh?
I chose to go to Howe's with Jane and let the Family stay with us but if I had to pick between Wellington and Kenny, I'd go with Kenny since I know what to expect, I don't know anything about Wellington and since this is The Walking Dead, chances are Wellington won't stand forever. But I would risk Wellington if it meant AJ's safety.

Had to stay with Kenny. Was by far the best/emotional ending to me. Regardless of his flaws it says a lot about the type of person he is because he showed how much he cares about Clem/Aj by willing to be all alone and lose the last two things he cares about if it means their safety. But considering how loyal and trustworthy he is and how hes been there since day one and all he has done for clementine I had to stay with him. I hope i'm not disappointed with the way they handle the beginning of season 3. I wanna feel like my choice made at least some impact on the story.
I felt it was best for everyone involved as Clem finally gets a chance at peace and Kenny does for Clem and AJ what he couldn't do for Duck, Katjaa and Sarita.
It wasn't an easy choice but in the end I felt it was the right one.
I really don't think that Wellington residents are cannibals, to be honest; why would they turn people away and give them vital supplies instead of letting them in and killing them?
Im not saying cannibals, but a lot more nefarious than people think until they get in there. I was going to say Woodbury first but that doesnt really apply. They could be turning people away because they have currently have a quota and giving them supplies to make people speak well of them to others. Any number of things. Things often arent what they appear to be, we see that all the time.

giving them supplies to make people speak well of them to others
I guess they could be doing that if they really turn out to have a dark agenda. That way they let some people go with some supplies, then if those people meet other survivors they could say "hey, you know, we found a place and if you go you'll get stuff" or something like that.
You know, they more I think of it, the more sense it makes that so many people have heard of Wellington. What reason do you think they could have to lure people to their community?

It counts if it's on a thread about the endings other than Kenny's. You know how these threads work right? I'm not gonna post "I let Kenny kill her" on a jane endings thread. If you don't have anything to say about the topic then don't.
I dont know. Im not much for speculating. Things that have been mentioned before are what comes to mind, slave labor, harems, cults, walker bait, who knows? I leave that to the imaginations of the writers. But it would be more interesting than just having it be some shangri-la with no conflicts.

Jane is always brought up on a Kenny thread. Just like how Kenny is brought up on a Jane thread. No matter what, both characters will always be brought up.

I also shot Kenny even though I really liked him. I'm one of those "I did it to prevent a murder" folks. I liked both Kenny and Jane, but if I see somebody trying with all his might to bring a knife down on somebody else in cold blood like that and I have the means to stop it... that's what I'm gonna do.
As much as I wanted to stay with Kenny I was kinda playing a Lee who is watching over Clem every choice I made was to keep her safe so as Kenny said his goodbye I nodded pleased with my efforts and then cried realising I just left Kenny and Clem is in a strange place that might get blown up.
Still not changing my choices now I am glad that I kept Clem safe which was my main goal only twice did Clem get harmed because I cared for another character:
1. Trying to save Kenny from Carver
2. The whole Jane and Kenny fight which I am counting as a full 1 because it doesn't take a break
Right... prevented murder by committing murder. Nice. Also, that's not cold blood. Kenny had every right to be angry at her. She pretended to kill AJ just to piss him off.

i left with kenny he deserves it the man has been though so much i really hope this effects season 3 some how and we get to play as clem that would be awesome!!
I shot him, he had gone through way too much stuff. I felt like he wanted it to end and this time, I didn't feel I had to help him keep going, so I let him have his peace. I'm alone now, because I can't be sure Jane won't ditch me too when it comes to it, nor will I ever trust her not to just be gone when I wake up.

Yeah I picked Wellington but I regret it now. Damn that was an emotional ending though.

whatever,every Clementine is different

This is for the ones who didn't shoot Kenny, are you blind?
EDIT: Ops, nevermind. Forget what I said
No you were right, This Thread is for people who didn't shoot Kenny.

I stayed in Wellington seeing as how it had been my goal for the entire game.
I agree with what you said about Kenny telling Clem "It's the right thing"
I think that he's only saying that to make sure Clem won't feel guilt for what she does, regardless of what he wished her to do.

This thread is back so I'm back to say I shot Kenny.
Cool story. Even though that's not what this thread is about. It's about the 2 endings with Kenny. Not about the others.
In my REAL ORGINAL walkthrough I stayed at Wellington accidently not noticing there is stay with kenny choice...fuck.
Eventhough I didnt choose the Wellington ending, Im curious to see if its what its cracked up to be or if its another Terminus.

Well, my bullet stayed with Kenny if that counts.

I shoot kenny because i am tired of him i am with Jane and the family my brother shoot Jane but left kenny behind
I stayed with Kenny.
stayed with kenny
I'm alone. Though I must admit the Kenny endings are a lot more emotional.
People do that all the time.

I ditched Kenny.
Stay with Jane.
I stayed with Kenny as well.

stay
I'm with Jane, but if I did have to make the choice in Kenny's endings I would stay at Wellington.
