I agree with you that it's looking likely that Skybound could be their first partner based off of what you said, but I don't think it will be a Walking Dead super show. They said their first Super Show will have an original IP.
I'm starting to wonder if season 3 might be their first super show, they have made a point of saying it will be "bigger" than the other seas… moreons and they could possibly release it in 2016.
At E3 Kevin did a interview talking about the Michonne mini series and he also talked about the Supershow and how their relationship with Skybound was part of the reason they started the idea, skip to 3:19 in the video below as it sounded like Kevin hinted towards something between Telltale and Skybound which they where going to talk about at Comic con which they didn't do.

So.... this is going to be one hell of a very long week.
What do you guys hope to experience from this Michonne mini-series? And how should it be different to Telltale's approach with Clementine?
I don't know if this is the place to ask this. I was just wondering if this game is going to cost less since it is just 3 episodes instead of 5 or 6 episodes.
Pricing details have not been confirmed, but it is safe to assume that will be the case here as usual. Typical Telltale episodes are priced at $5, so I could see the Michonne series being priced at $15.

I'm pretty sure it's safe to say that it will cost less than a full Season. Single Episodes will almost certainly be priced at 5$ as usual. The Season pass might cost 10$, or maybe something more unusual, like 13$ or something. I doubt it will cost as much as buying the Episodes individually, but it's possible of course.

It doesn't appear to have been rated yet so i think it might release February 23rd as it's normally released around 2 weeks after appearing on the rating websites, as there is news coming up this week hopefully they are able to give us an estimate of when they think it could release or even a good teaser.
I don't get why they bother with all these silly little teases like "Coming Soon" and "Just around the corner". When they have an official release date that's when they should first mention it.

So when do you people think that the complete Michonne-series will be over? June?
I would think late April or sometime in May, if their schedule is for Michonne as it is for Minecraft.

tough to say. I sort of like that I don't know what to expect, which I think I largely would for S3.
I think the big news next week is that we will get told that more news about the Michonne game is 'Just around the corner'.
I'll never be tired of this gif
Yeah and the actual news will be that they'll release the first episode on the last week of February. :x
Really wish they just give us a date! Getting too excited now. Might as well restart TWD to get me in the mood
There is no need since Michonne is not a DLC anymore. Just saying
No no no that would be too soon for Telltale!
I don't think we'll get the first episode until the next millennia.
You're probably right. Maybe it'd be even safe to expect the release 5 minutes after the end of the world.
Not on all consoles though, just a few. Settle down.
Yes, that's basically Season 3 hinted for this year, right?
It certainly sounds like they are hinting at season 3
In a galaxy far far away (December 2014.) they said: "season 3? not before 2016."
Now it's 2016.
So please be season 3.
I hope after michonne end season 3 coming this year i cant wait see clementine on action again
Only on Steam and the Telltale Store. What I meant is that it is accessable for some people, which means it's released.

Do you think that there might be a 10% discount too?

Telltale does like that and since the series is no longer considerd DLC I think you can expect one.
Eh, It's only 3 episodes, so I can understand if there won't be some sort of discount though. That won't stop me from still buying this game.
I wonder when the first episode will finally release...

You see, there's two things they can do here:
Say nothing until you have a concrete release date = people get pissed
Do little teases leading up to a release date/trailer/etc = people get pissed
There's no winning for them either way, because someone's going to bitch them out no matter what they do
Am i The only one, who wants to Know, how the main menu and the Episode-Slides will look like? I hope not...
Probably not, episode slides are one of my favorite things when it comes to a new Telltale game.
Episode 1 Slide:
Michonne looking like a badass
Episode 2 Slide:
Michonne slaying walkers, looking like a badass.
Episode 3 Slide:
Michonne riding a raptor and slaying walkers, while looking, like a badass
That last one won't do, she has to be fighting a T-rex in a jet while looking badass
I love it too. I'm not even sure why.
I'm sure there's other people who like those too, but I don't, to be honest. I love the teaser screenshots, though!
I am too, but I'm even more excited about the Episode names.
Why no price for it yet? Am I missing something?
I'll compromise and say I half agree with you on the last part of your post.
Telltale games usually don't go up for preorder until a release date has been named, that was the case with GoT and TftB at least.
So apparently there will be an article for game informer.
