I never replay story-based games for some reason, the only one I have replayed was Dishonored which is my favourite game of all time and even that was only once more.
Season 1, maybe about five to six times. I've been thinking of perhaps playing it again sometime soon.
Season 2, once...but that said, I must've played those first two episodes in the early days about a dozen times. The difference between it and Season 1 is the first season was near to finishing with only one episode to go when I purchased the game, so I had lesser time for replaying during the wait. I was late on the hype train.

I've played All That Remains, A House Divided, and In Harm's Way multiple times too. I played the last two episodes like maybe 2 or 3 times.
A House Divided I actually played twice in the same day it was released because I loved it so much. Still to this day, my favorite episode of Season 2.
I'm about to start my 12th playthrough on Season One I believe? I can't be certain, but it's around that.
For me it's been a mixture of multiple playthroughs by myself, starting on different gaming platform (I've played on all of PS3, Xbox 360, PC and now PS4) and a few playthroughs with friends I suggested the game to.
You know you've got a damn good game when you can get someone to still be playing your game almost 4 years after it debuted. Or maybe I'm just completely insane? WHO KNOWS?!

At least 5 times per season. I prefer playing TWD compared to all my other games. I'm surprised it hasn't gotten old to me.

S2 - once. I was playing a second playthrough up to episode 2, but then I kinda lost interest.

Pretty much the same for me. I played Season 1 twice and just replayed Season 2 for action sequences like the lodge herd or the escape from Howe's.
