  • I lost Berto.

Fuck I got Oak killed. Fuck.

  • Yes. Berto died for me.

But what about the most important thing in the episode, IS OAK ALIVE.

  • Berto always dies, I don't think we've ever even talked to him so there's not much sympathy there.

  • OH OKAY

HOW THE HELL DO YOU GET OAK KILLED THEN

  • From what I watched when Norma loser her patience and asks for Randall if you keep insisting for Oak first she just shoots him.

  • I agree with you, the finale was not that bad I liked the alternative endings. It was just a little weird having the no face glitch.

If you don't hand Randall over to her, or ask her for Oak/Siddiq, she'll get upset and just shoot him in the torso/chest. He manages to knock her over just before he dies. After that, all hell breaks loose. If Randall's alive, he headbutts Sam and tries to run away, which leads to Sam shooting and killing him. If he's a walker, Sam just shoves him away and kills him.

I wouldn't say that yet. It's still not out everywhere, and most of us have only watched videos of it, and there's a definite difference in playing it for yourself than just watching, despite what you might think.

  • I actually like this series.

The overall graphical aspect is good, it's an improvement from the old Telltale games.

The graphical fidelity is slowly but surely improving. I absolutely love the direction TWD series has gone in, and the evolution of its graphical style over the years. It has steadily improved since S1, and as of Michonne, it feels so much more concise and awesome than where they started. I've always been a sucker for the art aspects of games, and TWD and TWAU are pretty high up there in terms of art direction and stylistic design, in my opinion.

The only thing they still need to do some work on is the technical/performance side of things. I can't help but notice Michonne is one of the most buggiest series they've put out in recent time. It works well on PC for the most part, but I've seen playthroughs on consoles that seem pretty dreadful, to be honest. It's not enough to take me out of the moment personally, but I can understand why other people aren't as forgiving of stuff like that, so I feel for them.

    BA-DA BOOM, MY AMAZING* PLAYTHROUGH!

    • = might not be that great
  • I loved the series, I played the finale again and stayed with my daughters, Sam's death is so sad :( anyways not every choice mattered lol.

  • 9-9.5 out of 10

Tbh the episode was intense asf

  • I got that, Randall was a walker and I still managed to keep Oak alive, but Berto died.

Yeah, I wanna see a video where the trade is made and Randall is a walker.

  • Woah, talk about intense! That was incredibly epic and sad at the same time. Everything was getting me to try and stay with my daughters this time instead of leaving, but alas, that was not what Michonne actually needed. Didn't stay because I knew it would result in Sam's death. That was a huge payoff though from the 2 episodes of build-up, a very good ending to this mini-series. Can't wait for S3 now.

  • Soooooo.....Rashid and Vanessa????

  • I lost them both :(

    I lost Berto.

  • Saw a PS4 play through yesterday by Ugamer and a guy was missing a face.

PS4. Missing a face. Pretty sloppy.
(This is the first episode I've liked since early Season 2)

Probably dead or gone. You find that picture of their kids in episode 1, if you ask Norma about them she doesn't even know who you're talking about, and they don't seem to be part of the bodies on the ferry, since Pete would have recognized them. So yeah, either they're dead or they left.

    It's obviously a feature

He's part of the new hard difficulty they added to the game

Also, on a super depressing note, that means the last TWD episode you liked was over 2 years ago.

  • Berto dies regardless.

I got that, Randall was a walker and I still managed to keep Oak alive, but Berto died.

  • My Choices:

    1. Of course helped Sam.
    2. Told Alex a bad man hurt his father. Didn't want to lie and didn't want to to be too blunt.
    3. Didn't hand Randall over to Norma. He was alive and Sam got the chance to avenge her father. Oak survived too.
    4. Put Norma out of her misery. Wanted to be the one who killed her. Payback for Berto.
    5. Left my daughters. They dead Michonne!

Overall great little 3 episode Telltale game - they can do no wrong in my eyes!

Berto dies regardless. You can save Oak if you make the trade or signal Paige to shoot Norma. So if you wanna go back and save him...

    I lost them both

  • Then that means I saved everyone who's determinant (Oak and Sam)

    Berto dies regardless.

  • So did I :D

Then that means I saved everyone who's determinant (Oak and Sam)

  • Should i? The regret is so real but I don't wanna cheat.

I just kept demanding for her to send the crew over instead of trading or shooting. Stupid, stupid, stupid....

  • Have some respect for the invisible man cameo

It's not cheating. Only go back if you absolutely feel like you should. Like the Asher-Rodrik thing. You rewinded then, couldn't you do the same thing now? (I swear to god, I'm not forcing you to go back). Oh, and one last thing, if you choose to stay with your daughters, Sam dies.

  • That was a little different since I didn't understand the choice. In this case I literally just fucked up by choosing the wrong thing. Ironically though every dialogue I chose was to specifically not get Oak killed but it happened, hence the regret.

And yeah I definitely saved Sam over her hallucination daughters.

  • I liked this series a lot, but I kind of...wanted more from it? I don't know, it was great for most of it but it ended...too early, in my opinion. Pete saying we should move on kind of bothered me, because I was starting to like my new little family. I know Michonne has to meet up with Rick's group eventually but couldn't you at least give me a little bit more bonding time after I just rescued everybody? I guess I just expected more since episode 2 was so short.

  • Much better episode than the previous one. Lmao man that Randall character is without doubt the worst, most cartoonish character to grace the WD games. This dude is worse than Troy imo. It's a shame because in the 1st ep he had potential, but then very quickly descended into panto villainry. I (perhaps stupidly) let him live, then he spent both eps ranting about how he was gonna kill all of us (despite being tied up). When he finally gets released to his somewhat more reasonable sister, he absurdly charges at Michonne, gets gatted in the head and turns the whole negotiation into a complete blood bath. What a clown.

That's funny. I think the opposite of those two things.

  • Oh okay. But whatever floats your boat. If you don't feel like going back, that's fine.

  • Idk I just suck

  • Pretty much everyone does, when they first play it :/

    Idk I just suck

  • Whoa, that episode was intense. I loved it though. Even though Norma's death is terrible gruesome if you leave her. I felt kinda bad. Didn't thin she deserved it as much as Randall would. That daughter thing at the end just irritated me. I left them. They were just flashbacks that got in our way the whole episode. Plus if you stay with them Sam dies to save you. The kids don't have a real family anymore though their whole family died for the worst reasons. Mom killed herself, dad got shot out of nowhere and Sam saved someone she barely knew. The kids are so young too that would suck.

  • Idk, I'm usually very confident in my choices but I think it was just too late at night and I was kind of out of it. I'm going to replay that scene in just a moment though, not sure if I want to shoot or trade.
