Does ******* Really Die?

Does Sam really die in the series finale of TWD: Michonne? It seems as if I'm the only one who isn't convinced that Sam died if you choose to stay with your daughters. In "The Walking Dead Universe" if we don't see a characters corpse then they shouldn't be labeled as deceased. This seems like an exact duplication of the Kenny situation in "No Time Left" where so many people thought he died in the alleyway. Lee and Christa believed Kenny dies the same way Michonne and the others do. At the time, some believed Kenny got out of there through a window but the same thing could be said about Sam. Perhaps she fell on a spot that totally wasn't surrounded by fire and got out through the window. Maybe she didn't reach the others because she was badly burnt and passed out or had no idea which way the others went and got lost. Am I overthinking this? Is it too far a stretch?

  • Let's just say she got lucky, Real lucky

  • Maybe she ONLY fell to the ground not so high and got hurt a bit then she somehow managed to get lucky.

  • She falls and burns to death

  • Hey, I heard of worse when Kenny was "Dead."

  • I think her chances of surviving and dying from that fall into the fire is about a 20-80.

Good breakdown on her odds. Very realistic.

    You're welcome.

    Thank you

  • I think her chances of survival are high.

  • Of course she died. I dont know why people are required to die on screen

She is very dead, there is no way she could've survived that as she fell into a burning building and the floor boards she was standing on fell on top of her.

  • Yeah I think she's dead unless they somehow manage to come up with a reason like you mentioned

  • Because people we don't see die have the potential to come back and it's "The Walking Dead."

Of course she died. I dont know why people are required to die on screen

  • She can die if you stay behind, yes. She pushes Michonne out of the house, however doesn't have time to get herself out and fell into the ground. There is no chance she would of made it out.

  • I admit, you're more than likely right, but I just keep thinking of the "What Ifs."

  • Same thing was said about Kenny and people still say the same thing about Christa. It's good to keep an open mind.

  • Wait, she could die? Man, I'm learning new stuff everyday.

Yeah you have to "stay with your daughters"

Sam has to grab and push michonne out the window however she cant get out in time so the floor collapses and she falls into the flames.

The aftermath doesnt really change only doesnt involve sam, Michonne just quickly says to Pete

"LOL my bad, at least I got to hug my gurls"

Wait, she could die? Man, I'm learning new stuff everyday.

  • I suspected Sam would die there, but I'm confused on who would stay with their daughters rather than leave and why.

    But uh, new stuff everyday.

  • Yeah its being considered one of the lamest choices ever, maybe on paper it makes sense but no player would make that choice. The fact the kids were annoying as fuck didnt help

  • Everyone basically figured that Kenny survived, iirc people denying his survival were much more rare than people announcing he's definitley alive.

  • She died. She's a side character in a dlc. Not really important enough to take that kind of hit to their reputation.

  • What? She's dead. No way you're getting out of that.

  • She comes back in S3 with half her face burned and pretty much a complete badass.

  • -_- was because that's the exact point I'm not trying to make.

That would be epic but I know for a fact that Telltale isn't so it's probably unlikely. (Sad face)

Remembers that they thought it was Lilly.

    Tears up.

    Runs away crying.

  • Man, that'd be insane. Don't think I'd really want that though.

  • If we don't see her burning in flames there is a chance she could have escaped.

If you think about it, the only way they could of made it out was by Greg's room. Also she would of passed out by the point the floor collapsed and she went along with it. So I say there would of been no chance.

But hey, at least she doesn't die no matter what ¯_(ツ)_/¯

  • Her chances of surviving from a fall into flames are very low.
