I'd suggest you change the thread's title since it's a huge spoiler and not everyone has caught up with FTWD yet. I think she is dead, I can't see her coming back for revenge or anything, but we shall see.

she went up on the barrels, that barrel room had high ceilings. climbs up there, chills till daniel comes back, slips out while daniel is lighting fire. she wasn't afraid of the zombies but she doesn't want to be one

I feel like Daniel is dead. But the fact that no reference to Cecilia was made when he entered the cell makes me think she is not dead. There was no body and the walkers hadn't moved from where they was originally.
I didn't see but did Daniel walk into the cell freely or did he have keys. Because Madison locked it first
