Those are the official release dates confirmed by Telltale in their latest news post and mobile is confirmed for September 13th.

The main post has been updated with information regarding delays for the releases of the premiere episode on:
* PS3 (Playstation Networ… morek) - "later in August"

The Episode still launches on August 2nd for the main platforms; PC/Mac, PS4, and Xbox One.

Pretty sure they mean that while you can play it with 2000 people, it's recommended to play in smaller groups and for you to leave the bigger crowd plays for planned events.

This is mind blowing in a theater full of fans, but we don’t expect you can fit 2000 of your closest friends in your living room so we've designed everything for smaller groups. I have pre-ordered the game and really curious.Of all the TTG-games, Batman's probably my favourite franchise, so hopefully it'll meet my expectations. I like the political angle with Dent and Falcone. Really curious how Batman's detective activities are going to fit in as well.
And about the laugh in the trailer: Perhaps it's not the Joker but the Riddler?

But why at the date of the season pass and they have been working on it for a while also that's the date for all mobile I just don't get it
