Rarely replay games, except for Telltale
Anyone else like this?
Once I complete a game I basically never replay it even if I really enjoyed it, but Telltale games I find are an exception to this. I think it's the combination of their reasonable length and good pacing, and how I love "honing" my choices when replaying to get what I think is the most true narrative for me, and this can only really be done upon replay after you learnt from your mistakes from the first time.
I just think it's funny because one of the most common comments/critcisms I hear about Telltale is how their games are only good for one single playthrough because the narrative is "linear", or something. Meanwhile they are some of the only games I actualy do replay (especially when new seasons come out) and make sure to buy digitally so its always available.

Yeah, I'm with you there.
If I had a dollar for every playthrough of Season 1 I did, I could buy a house for every member of this site, tbh
Dinner is on me, guys
I am just like that.
Opposite. I never replay Telltale Games. Because I feel like the story I played is my story. I made my choices and I'll live by them whatever they were. Going back and redoing things or making different choices even in a different save slot feels like cheating to me aha. Don't get me wrong, I watch many, many play throughs on youtube because it's fun to see how other people played their story and I get to see different routes they took compared to me, but I personally don't like to go back over what I've done in my games.
See I don't feel this on my first playthrough because plenty of times i misinterpret a choice, or simply do not like the outcome of it (these 2 things happens all the time) - i love going back and picking my optimal choice knowing what the consequence will be within the story and logic of the game, so i can build the narrative i like most.
hehe nice
I'm perfectly willing to replay other games if there is a fun gameplay feature or replay value to be had.
As for The Walking Dead, playing at least two times feels mandatory because its necessary to understand certain characters and moments. I feel like I've learned a lot rewatching cutscenes.
I am the same way, I like to replay to see how all the different choices play out and how they effect each character in different ways.
