Reviews seem to be pretty good for the most part. The biggest complaint as always is the QTE's, but that's a given at this point with critics (I personally love them), and the updated engine is getting mixed responses. some say it looks a lot better while others think it looks the same.

It seems like it is how I thought it would be. You can't really reinvent anything because its fucking Batman/Bruce Wayne. The updated engine is not really something to be crazy about. It does its job and I think most who like TTG don't really give a fuck about that aspect just as long as it works. Still most of us would like for them to update the damn engine and fix the various issues that a lot of us constantly run into. The live stream I was watching the person ran into some bugs and some issue...nothing completely major but definitely annoying.
I'd have to play it myself but I'd def score it as 7/10 based of what I saw and the issues the person had.

How come every single game on PC by Telltale is later than consoles even on their own site? Makes no sense to me. Still waiting for PC release as I stupidly bought it on Telltale's website.

If they're referring to it being the same on a more technical side, I could understand that. From what I've seen, while it does seem to run more smoothly overall, there's still some hitches here and there, and the occasional graphical/audio bug.
But if they're referring to it being the same in terms of graphics, what? Are people just that jaded by all the fancy HD visuals we've gotten so used to from AAA games that they can't make out the improvements in a more stylized game like this? I'm sorry, but I don't see how anyone could look at Batman and honestly say that there isn't an improvement in graphical quality.

It was due to release today on the Mac but it looks like they ran into some issues so pushed it back, it's listed as "coming soon" in the OP as that is what Telltale wrote on the Batman support page but on the Steam store page it says "PC version available August 2nd! Mac support will be available later this week" so hopefully there shouldn't be too long to wait.
Because Steam is all knowing.

Though I do hope the delay on Mac and Last Gen isn't longer than a week. Cause the wait is already killing me.
