Clem, Javier and baby will kill whole army of dead and some very very evil people. Our heroes will mark their corpses so they won't escape as the zombies. Then Clem will yell: "you think it's over?!". She'll cut off her finger and shoot lasers out of stump, powerful weapon able to destroy buildings, towns, cities. AJ will learn his first two words: "kill zombie". Javier will play flamenco guitar during credits.
I predict that Season 3 will be darker yet, perhaps exploring the more disturbing and unhealthy sides of pragmatism and Darwinism in a zombie apocalypse.
Clementine will be pushed by a new community, or a group she has now joined, to live up to the ideology of a hardened survivor more so than ever, and it is shown to be a grueling and traumatic experience, and perhaps most of all, joyless and unrewarding.
Too many enemies and conflict were needlessly made, peoples lives were needlessly thrown away, and yet the survivors are too scared to give up this ideology for fear of having their hopes of a 'better and/or stable life' being mercilessly destroyed again and again, all while the survivors desperately trying to convince themselves that they're doing the right thing.
Clementine (or rather the player) has the choice to follow this ideology to the end, or discard it in favor for doing all they can to reach for a better outcome, no matter how hard the world tries to crush their spirits.

This is not really a prediction but a idea; as much as I do love the fact it was has confirmed that Paige does have a crush on Sam, I'm kinda annoyed that it wasn't shown in game - unless that whole speech Paige gave to Michonne about Sam as well as touching her hand was showing that, though I never got that vibe - so I like to think that Clem and Javier come across a recorder/diary and coincidentally it's Paige's and she basically gives her thoughts on Sam whether she's alive or dead - if she's alive then it confirms that Sam x Paige is canon C; - as well as Paige and Sam's brother's fate. (I might have to use my ao3 account for once and write that shit down)
I also like to think we get some sort of confirmation on Lilly's fate too, more preferably alive. Like she's the leader of some group or something.
Anyways here are my actual predictions:
Surprisingly none of the main cast die, and there is some sort of bitter sweet ending to it
We have a opening which shows what happened to Kenny or Jane or a traumatic event to what happened if Clementine was on her own/Wellington
GOOD THEME!!! A REALLY GOOD THEME!!!
Clem loses the finger if she was on her own
OR if she went with Jane and did something to piss the family off; like call out that they have a gun or if you refuse to let them in
One of Kenny's status will be unknown if you choose to stay at Wellington
None of the comic book characters show up
Javier will take on a brotherly role towards Clementine
Lee will appear for a brief flashback or if Telltale wanna just do the same thing for Michonne (which in this case, I wouldn't mind) make Clem see him - maybe something will trigger her?

Telltale, don't listen to Lottii.
then why is he giving clem a clip for her gun and not let her hold her own clips you do that to someone you don't trust to limit them so clem might be captured like in season2 cabin group
I predict that my heart will break, first of all. Clementine and Javier will meet after a time-skip. Clem will be looking after AJ and Javie… morer will be looking after his family.
I think the main antagonists will be cult-like. They force people into their society and brand them and use them as slaves. Javier and his people were there, but they managed to escape. Maybe someone he cared for couldn't escape or they were captured again. Clementine also is against these people for some reason.
Clementine and Javier start off as strangers. They are completely neutral towards each other, and not sure if they can trust one another. Gradually, they open up towards each other on their journey. We learn about Javier and what happened to Clementine through flashbacks. They are actually sharing the contents of the flashbacks to one another. They become friends and equals.
They will eventually run into the main antagonists. I know that cults can be p… [view original content]

I thought that they mentioned in an interview that Clem and Javier become "friends" and "equals". I don't remember which one that was, because I watched so many. I am positive they said that though.
(Apostrophes used because those are quotes. I just realized that could have some weird undertones)
But you're right. That is honestly a pretty interesting little gesture. I don't personally think that Javier is holding Clem hostage, but I don't think he trusts her completely yet. Anything's possible though, and you could be right.
Maybe they met recently to take down a common enemy. (The branders) They have a goal, and they'll put aside their lack of trust in one another to accomplish it. It's normal for two strangers to be cautious of one another in the apocalypse. Trust is no longer something most people can give out. It has to be earned. I believe they'll start bonding as friends pretty quickly, though. (Cautious strangers to acquaintances in the first ep., and friends the second ep. and beyond?)
Or possibly Javier might at first underestimate Clementine's competence for stereotypical reasons, and that's what the trailer's suggesting with the ammo. If this is true, he'll obviously learn that Clementine's appearance is irrelevant to her person. She is one tough teenage girl. In this scenerio, maybe he could generalize her but realize that she is capable of caring for herself. (It wouldn't be weird for someone to apply stereotypes to a young girl. It's wrong, but it is way too common.)

That's not what I think at all! I personally see them as becoming buddies. They were kind of reading into Javier rationing the ammo from Clem, so I just tried to give a plausible reason for him doing so. I don't think they'll instantly become best friends. It would be normal if there was some distrust before they became buds. Age has nothing to do with it. I'm sorry for coming off that way. Was it my wording?
Edit: I will change the wording of my original comment because it's kind of expresses something I didn't mean to express.
Yeah but unfortunately, I've seen a lot of "Javier hates Clementine" going around. I don't even care that much about Season 3 yet and already its gotten a bit disconcerting.
I think most of my hate comes from the fact that it's the same kind of sentiment that got Luke such an unfair bad rep.

Sorry. I feel like I am really bad at communicating online. It makes me really nervous sometimes. I think Javier and Clem will totally become close friends. People with large age gaps can and often are friends, and there is nothing creepy or wrong about it. I hate it when people make assumptions like that, and I really don't want anyone to think I'm someone who generalizes. There is no evidence that Javier hates Clementine, and I personally am getting the opposite vibe from the set-up. And what exactly did people say about Luke? Just wondering.
Please don't hate me now, forum people. I'm really worried I just gave out the wrong idea. Like I said, I kind of rush my comments online and don't think about how others could misinterpret my thoughts. Oh gosh I feel really nervous now!

Anyway, as far as I can tell, Luke has always gotten complaints no matter what he does. There's the whole Cluke thing that causes some people to negatively project onto the canon, some blame him for his own death in a denouncing manner, people saying he's a terrible person, citing his nice guy attitude as "overrated and just an act", going so far as to claim he wasn't Nick's friend, and of course, the always 100% accurate MarySue accusation.
It honestly bothers me a little bit because most of the hate seems to be for petty and illegitimate reasons, rather than any real flaws with the character himself. Not to say it doesn't exist, but the hate seems to exceed the like.

Thanks for the explanation. I hadn't heard a few of those before. You can choose to like or not like a character of course, but I do agree. Some of those reasons sound pretty meh.
Its cool, just the Internet being the Internet.

Season 3 will start off as Javier, learning about him and what he's been through and introduce Clem halfway through like the first episode, similar to how you started off as Rhys TFTB and once you get to the point where Rhys and Fiona meet for the first time, you see her side of the story and meet Clem.
Javier's family will be kidnapped by this the group that put those markings on people, Javier will start to look for them and that is how Clem will be found.
I believe, Mike, Bonnie, Arvo, Sam's family and hopefully Christa and the 400 Days group will return.
The way Clem loses her finger is a means of torture, this also applies to Javier's marking on his neck.
There will be flashbacks to what happened between Season 2 and 3 to explain what happened to Kenny and Jane after your ending.
Jane and Kenny might be dead by the time you meet Clem, their presence shown only by flashbacks.

Yup, I like it, but wouldn't it be better if she, idk, acctually shows up in the game? Also, what impact would it have in the story? Just a little cameo from the Michone MiniSeries? nu. Just nu.
i'm so glad that I'm not the only one who still ships them, i thought that everyone stopped shipping them after they was gal paled by the devs
yeah but, bruv... Lee...
wut?
Telltale, don't listen to Lottii.
but bruv... i wanna see lee again,,, and i'll take something what would probably make season 3 kinda shitty to see him again,,,
then why is he giving clem a clip for her gun and not let her hold her own clips you do that to someone you don't trust to limit them so clem might be captured like in season2 cabin group
then why just a finger that might be punishment not for a bite
THIS!
#JavierLooksLikeAnAssholeEvenIfHeIsn'tHeKindaLooksLikeOne
It's wrong, but it is way too common.)
...So, Clementine is just not allowed to just hang out with a slightly older guy, huh?
Its cool, just the Internet being the Internet.
Clementine will have the choice to say shit and/or fuck. In Season 4 AJ will say those words too if Clementine did back in Season 3.
Javier will be like Lee Everett.
