    I seem to have the same problem. Bought season 1 of Sam and Max, but I haven't received any download links or serial numbers.

    Ok now the seasson 1 appears into my games, but now i have another problem.

    No matter if i use telltale Log In or Serial Number Unlock, i always get the same error.

    I have no problems with my connection, is there any especific port i must open? (Im think not but ...) im conecting through a modem router, or is just a problem in TTG?

    Do you have the latest Internet Explorer installed (The launcher depends on it) and is it able to open http://www.telltalegames.com ?

    Yeap ... so strange ... i also send a request for Manual Unlock code, so i wait till TTG send me that code ...

    I am having the same problem no links and no serial numbers.

    Have had one response, thanks Bonnie, but it didn't fix the problem.

    I have lodged back under the issue number but have not even had an automated response to confirm receipt of my continuing problem.

    Would love to get playing but unfortunately not happening.

    I sent an email with my order number, but never got a response.
    Are you still working on it? It's not like i´m gonna download it NOW. But i wanna have it fixed in case i really wanna play.
